Usually when the weekend comes, people will prefer to do activities that they cannot do on weekdays. Since it is mid-November, this fall they might use this opportunity to go for hiking, attend the G-Star Game Exhibition, or maybe watch the Choral Festival. However, it seems that both Karina and Aeri will only spend their time now visiting a 'mental hospital'. Because Aeri didn't let Karina go anywhere yesterday, so she slept earlier last night. Made her woke up really early on this Saturday. They are currently getting ready to leave. Aeri bought a lot of sweet buns with 2 bottles of fruit flavoured milk last night, so for breakfast this time... they just ate everything they had on the table.
After finishing their food, they rushed to the location that Howard had previously informed them about. Karina still looks lackluster, Aeri tries to break the ice by showing her some edited memes she found on twitter. Making Karina feel a little bit entertained, so much so that making them realize they have arrived at this place. Busan Mental Health Center, here we go.
Karina’s mood changing, become more unbearably twitchy, she walked back and forth incoherently. It’s slightly odd for Aeri cause she never spotted Karina to be this shaky before. She has to push Karina to go inside the clinic, it is necessary thing to do. She then give Karina some encouraging words.
“I know that you're nervous about this, but come on Jimin-ah? Our time is limited, you get me?”
Karina only nodded, she take a deep breath then release it. Come straight to the receptionist. Aeri never leave her, always by her side.
“Excuse me”
“Yes, may help you with everything Miss?”
“Uhm... i just want to know, is there any patient named Kim Minjeong in here?”
“Wait a second, let me check it on our system”
“Okay”
The staff tap her keyboard, searching the name they’re looking for on her computer screen. There, she found it (since both Karina and Aeri look at her reaction).
“Fortunately for you, yes... we have her name. In fact, her visit was just about 2 days ago”
“Great, uhm may i know when she comes back to here again? And if you don’t mind, can i perhaps... get her contact number or address?”
“Pardon, but are you one of her other relatives?” The staff ask back in a suspicion.
“aaa-no”
“Oh well, i’m truly sorry but we aren’t allowed to give you another information more than that. You know, patient’s privacy... right?”
“I see...”
“There you go. Once again, I really hope that you would understand. It’s a regulation that i mustn’t cross on”
“Sure, totally. Well then, Thank you”
“You’re welcome”
Now it feels too clear that she’s facing a dead end. Karina walked aggressively, immediately rushed out from the clinic building. Her best friend caught up, stopping Karina's path.
“Jimin-ah, wait up”
Karina tried to ignoring her at first but the half japanese keeps shouting her name so she turned towards Aeri, she’s so done with this. Feeling mad, sad, under pressure... you name it.
“What is it again, Aeri-ah?! You heard it your self, there’s no way i can seek her! Maybe i have to stop trying, just admit everything to the media, get arrested without complaining and sleep on my future bunkbed in the cell!”
