After a while, Randy's too drunk to function and you are bored out of your mind, so you go upstairs, trying to find Sidney so you can leave. Tatum must've left with everyone else. You open a door and Sidney runs out, Ghost face behind her. You scream and follow her down the hall. She's coated in blood. You run in front of Sidney, finding a door and opening it. You slam it shut after you both get in. You flip the light on and use Stu's old surfboard to block the door. Panicking, you look around for a way out. You see a window. Pulling Sidney over to it, you tear it open as Ghost face pounds on the door, unable to get it open. You push Sidney out. She grabs onto the windowsill.
"What the fuck are you doing?!" She screams at you.
"There's a murderer in the house! You need to move!"
"No!" You look at her, bewildered she would say that.
"He's gonna break in and I'm gonna die! I have nowhere else to go!"
"Kiss my ass. You like my boyfriend!" She screams at you. Your freeze.
"Are you fucking insane?" You yell at her. She laughs, but you can see her terror and pain.
"He's fucking dead." Your heart shatters. Billy's dead? No. No. No. A tear falls down your cheek, unbeknownst to Sidney. Ghost face finally gets the door open. You frantically climb out, hitting Sidney's knuckles, making her fall. She lands on Stu's boat cover. You hang on to the sill. Sidney screams and you fall. You grab her hand once you get off and try to pull her to the newsman parked in front. She pulls you back. There. You're beloved best friend, Tatum Riley, hung for dead. You scream and fall to your knees, sobbing. Sidney grabs you and pulls you to the van. As you run, you feel your injury from the night with Casey and it's stitches break. Blood flows down the back of your leg. You reach the news van.
"Hey! Open up!" You and Sidney pound on the van. Kenny moves to open the door. You climb in and close the door.
"The killer is in the house! We need to go!" Sidney breathes out. Kenny shushes her and points to the video he's watching. It's Stu's living room. You see Randy yelling at Jamie Lee to turn around. Behind him, is Ghost face.
"Randy!" Sidney screams.
"Look behind you, kid!" Kenny yells. You watch in horror. Kenny looks at you, shocked.
"There's a 30 second delay!" He says. He jumps out of the van, as you watch Ghost face walk away from Randy. You whip around and see the killer cut Kenny's throat.
