Epilogue

"Let's do this." Mei-Mei said to Antoine.

Its been a year since Demi's death, and as Mei-Mei promised, they were getting through it together.

They were in Paris, at the love lock bridge. Demi had written how much she'd wanted to place a lock on the bridge with someone special. Mei-Mei and Antoine couldn't help but think that they would be the perfect people to do it.

Yes, it took a lot of pleading for Jared and Elena to let their daughter go out to Paris with a famous footballer, but eventually they cracked when they found out the reason why.

Antoine took Mei-Mei to meet his parents and they immediately loved the teenage girl. The next day, they were off to the bridge. They got two locks.

Antoine wrote A.G and D.C on his while Mei-Mei wrote M.C and D.C on hers. They locked them to the bridge and just stared.

Antoine pulled Mei-Mei into chest as they both just looked at the locks.

"Thank you, Mei-Mei." Antoine said.

"For what?"

"For staying with me and being true to your promise of getting through this together." He responded.

Mei-Mei smiled.

The woman rushed into the hospital room four years later, holding two balloons.

Antoine, looked up at his best friend with wide, blue eyes filled with love.

"She's finally here." Mei-Mei cooed, walking over to Maria who was resting on the hospital bed.

Six months after their visit to Paris, Antoine met a beautiful Spanish woman named Maria. Mei-Mei helped set them up and Antoine finally found something- or someone- to keep him happy. He knew that he would never love Maria in the same type of way that he loved Demi, but it was enough for him.

Three years later, Maria and Antoine got married. A few months afterwards, they announced that they were expecting a baby.

Mei-Mei was overjoyed with the revelation, and was even happier when they found out it was to be a girl.

Here she was in the hospital room after Maria gave birth to a beautiful baby girl that she asked what baby Griezmann's name would be.

"Demitra May Griezmann." Is what Antoine responded with, looking down proudly at his baby girl.

Wow. Its over. I'm sorry for those who might be mad this Antoine moved on. And I loved all the reactions about Antoine and Mei-Mei getting close. Lol, they're just friends.

And BTW, Mei-Mei is pronounced as may-may. Get it, that's why baby grizi's middle name is May.
