Chapter 06: The Boss

"Bakit ba sobrang big deal Sayo ng ngiti?" Deretsahang Tanong ko sakanya "Baka ikaw Ang may gusto Sakin Kaya gusto mong nakikita Ang smile ko?" I teasingly laughed and even laugh louder when he shrugged his head with his unbelievable look.

"Smile can make everyone feel better"

I stopped myself from laughing when he answered. Ano raw? Ang seryoso Naman ata noon.

"You can make someone feel better when you smile to them" he continues. My brows forruwed as I heard his answer. Why does he sounded so much serious in that answer?

" Smile is sometimes not genuine" I stated while looking outside the cars window

"It's not as if they would know if your smile is genuine or not. Goes exactly the same with you not knowing what their problems are. As long as you smiled you lighten up their days"

Shocks! How can he be so serious. Napatingin ako sa mukha Niya and noticed that he does not take his eyes off the road. Ang seryoso Niya lang talaga. His eyes shout too much emotions but his face holds none.

"Eh bakit ikaw Hindi ka ngumingiti?" I asked unconsciously.

"How can I smile to you? Ang suplada mo!" He throw a glanced at me and immediately take his eyes away.

"How can I be kind to you if you've done a lot of mistakes to me?" I fired back at him

"Like?" Pagmamataas na Tanong Niya? Aba gusto pala Niya ng enumeration ha

"I caught you staring at my boobs the first time I met you. You're so annoying, youre rude, muntik mo na akong inihulog sa sasakyan. Youre invading my personal bubble and you always bother me like hell" tuloy tuloy na Saad ko.

The car went silent for a moment then I heard him laughed a little.

"Nakakatawa ba mga kasalanan mo?" I rolled my eyes on him.

See? He doesn't even tried to explain himself. Nakakairita! Wala man lang sorry? Ibinalik ko nalang Ang mga mata ko sa labas ng bintana only to realized that we are now at the same chaotic street that leads to the orphanage. Lumabas na siya at sumunod ako Hindi na ako naghintay pang sabihin nanaman niyang 'Im not a gentleman'

Naglakad kami papasok sa gate ng orphanage when a child suddenly yelled out my name.

"Ate Aicah" I looked around and saw Jasper behind my back running fastly towards me. I knelt down to welcome him in my arms. Siya Yung nagsabing sumama ako sa susunod Kasi marunong akong gumawa ng saranggola. He loves kite so much

"Hello there!" Nakangiting bungad ko when he hugged me

"I'm getting a little jealous here!" Zyrex meaningfully stared at jasper Kaya Naman lumayo siya sa akin and hugged Zyrex.

"Seloso" I whispered

We entered the orphanage while Zyrex was carrying Jasper on his arms. Everyone is already eating when we arrived but when the children saw us they immediately run towards our direction. I felt so much happiness. I have never been this happy before.

After they ate we played a lot of games nagtaguan, habulan and even patintero. I laughed out loud when the children chose me over Zyrex sa patintero. Mas mabilis Kasi akong kumilos kesa sakanya and mas maliit din ako Kaya mas madali akong makakalusot.

Kaya Naman bumawi siya sa tagu-taguan he always manage to find me. Mas hinahanap pa Niya ako kesa sa mga Bata. How competitive?

Ng napagod na kami we sat on the ground and sang a lot of songs and then afterwards we ate meryenda with the kids. Nakakatuwa lang Kasi nakikita ko Kung paano sila mag-share sa isat-isa.
