Chapter 7 - Girlfriends?

It's been a couple weeks since I've liked Jihyo, more than a friend. We've spent a lot of time together surprisingly. I've gotten more connected with her family, both of our families support us. And her little sister Haeum, she's just the cutest.
Jihyo's really nice. I'm glad I was able to meet her. Nayeon, Momo, Jihyo and I usually hang out. Sometimes Jeongmin will come with us, and he finally found out his true self. Of course it doesn't matter to me if he's gay or not, he's still my best friend.

Jihyo has gotten nicer and nicer to me ever since. And we finally confirmed our relationship. She got me a ring, even if we aren't married, I find it cute.

Tonight I was going to sneak back into her house, but instead of going through her window. She invited me through the door this time.

I rang the doorbell, her father answered.

"Oh hey Sana, what's up?"

"Hey Mr.Park. Jihyo invited me over so I wanted to come and stop by before my performance."

"Your performance?" He asked. "Oh, I get it. You play the guitar right?"

"Yup, the electric guitar. I have a performance tonight, so I just wanted to come visit before."

"Where is this performance? Maybe I'll come watch it with Jihyo and my wife."

"It's at ******* at 5:30"

"Alright then. Well, come in kiddo! I think Jihyo is waiting for her girlfriend."

"Thanks Mr.Park" I hugged him. He was like my second dad. Even if my dad is better, of course I'm being biased. But he's still the best.

I walked into Jihyo's room, she was just doing something, I didn't know what.

"What're you doing?"

"Nothing, just some drawings."

I sat next to her, watching her draw was like a really good movie. It was so satisfying. "Who is that?" I asked. I never know what she draws.

"It's us. I didn't know what else to draw, haha."

"Aww, how cute!" I said.

She kissed my cheek. We started to talk about my performance tonight. She said she had plans, but she'll try come another time. I was disappointed. I wished that she would come, but it's okay. Her sister and her parents were going to support me.

5:30 pm: time of the performance

The performance ended. Haeum, Mr and Mrs Park came in. They all congratulated me. They're always so nice. I love Jihyo's family and their support 😭

Surprisingly, Jihyo came in too. She kissed me, she said she couldn't come.

"You said you were busy?"

"I know, but it got cancelled. So I came."

"Awww. How sweet!"

After all the signing and pictures, I went back to Jihyo.

"Ready?"

"Yeah, let's go home."
