Chapter 11 - Restart?

JIHYO'S POV

Oddly enough, I've gotten a job. Another job. So now I have three jobs. Interesting. The new one is at some bar. I know, I'm 18. But I don't actually drink. I think it's disgusting. I'm just there to make the drinks and give it to drunk people.

But today was weird. It was normal, until I saw Sana and Momo. Odd for them to be at a bar, knowing that they both don't drink. Until I saw Sana state back at me, which led my attention back down to the drink I was making for some lesbian couple. Sana came by, sat down RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, and then started talking.

"Sooo....you're a bartender now?"

"Yeah, if that's what you want to call it."

"That's weird, knowing that you don't—"

"Sana, how about later you talk to me. I'm trying to do my job."

I just ignored Sana for the rest of the time. I knew she tried to talk. But she acts like I didn't see her at the cafe with Rosé. I understand that Rosé is trying to see me happy, but I don't need a love life and 3 jobs.

As I finished my shift, I started to walk back to my car. Until I heard Sana from behind me. She stopped right next to me and then started to breathe heavily from running.

"...here....it's been a while since I ran like that..." she held a bouquet of flowers. Pointing them at me.

"Why are you giving me flowers?" I said. Of course I didn't know. I'm not a mind reader.

Author: of course you are Jihyo, I wrote you to be one.

JH: no you didn't.

Author: I'm just kidding, anyways. BACK TO THE STORY.

"They're for you, Jihyo. Look I'm sorry...for all of this...I didn't mean to hurt you. I love you too...it's just..."

"Just what?.."

"Im confused. I love you, but I also had feelings for Tzuyu at the time, and now that you don't like me anymore I'm trying harder and pushing myself harder that I have to..." Sana said. Still tearing up from the thought. "I just...I don't want to lose you Jihyo. I've lost many people already, I can't lose you too."

I just started back at her. Was she being serious? Did she actually still have feelings for me? But what about Tzuyu? just shut up jihyo! Shut up...

"So...what do you say?...can we..can we restart? Put this all behind us. I'll never speak about any of this again." She said, as she held her hand out to me.

I hesitated for a while, but then grabbed her hand. "Okay fine. But one more strike and we're literally done."
