I was really done with this battle. Most of the legionnaires were wounded, and Frank and I had to work overtime to help everyone else. And the worst part was, more stone warriors kept coming. Piper had conjured quite a few ways, but there seemed to be an infinite number of warriors.

Piper could enchant them with her voice, but she too had to sleep. We could use our demigod powers to keep them at bay, but we couldn't defeat the stone warriors.

A loud roar sounded from the "camp" of the stone warriors."Hazel, Reyna, Thalia, Leo and Calypso, come with me." Frank said and ran to the stone warriors' camp.

I ran after him, but Piper stopped me. Into the enemy's camp? Is that smart?'

"Didn't you hear what that warrior called? We have the prisoner." Whoever that is, we need him." I reasoned.

"And does anyone have a better idea?" Thalia asked.Everyone shook their heads. So that was decided. We walked to the camp with 6 of us.

-Timeskip to the camp of the stone warriors-

We crept in and huddled against the wall. I influenced the Mist to make us look like stone warriors.

We arrived at a large prison-like stone cage, in front of which stood a stone Samurai."You must be the guard I didn't really ask for." He said.

"Yes." I nodded.

'Nice.'

Only then did we see that there was a boy in the cage.

His brown hair was messed up. He wore a blue vest with white stripes on the bottom of the sleeves. It was torn and, like his other clothes, covered in blood.Despite that, there was a determined look in his stormy gray eyes.He growled, "Not more stone warriors."

He tugged at his stone chains, which glowed golden yellow.

The stone samurai had run away, and I lowered the Mist. The boy in the cage gasped. "You're not stone warriors?!"

"Shhh." Reyna hissed. "We're here because we heard something. But if you get us caught, we'll never get out of here alive."

"Who are you anyway?" Leo asked. "You don't look like a legionnaire, and why would the stone warriors want to capture you?" Leo looked at Calypso, as if he expected her to answer.

"I don't know who he is, do I?" Calypso replied.

"I'm Jay Walker." He said. "And I don't know what legionosomethings are, but I know it's not me."

I looked at Jay. "Do you know why those stone warriors captured you?

"Yes." He replied. "I think because I know how to beat them."
