As the Johnson family looked on in horror, the family knew that they weren't out of danger yet As the dust settled and the smoke cleared, they could see a few straggling zombies stumbling towards them, drawn by the noise and commotion. The family knew they had to act fast.
With their hearts pounding, they quickly gathered their supplies and made a run for it, hoping to find safety before the remaining zombies and bandits caught up with them. As they ran, they could hear the groans of the undead growing louder behind them.
Just when it seemed like all hope was lost, they spotted a small but broken cabin in the distance. Without hesitation, they sprinted towards it, hoping that it would provide them with the shelter they so desperately needed.
As they approached the cabin, they could see that the door was slightly holding on to their hindges. Pushing it open cautiously, they stepped inside and blocked the door behind them. The cabin was small, but it was clean and well-stocked, with plenty of food and water to last them for a while.
The family breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that they had narrowly escaped the clutches of the zombie horde. But they also knew that they had a long way to go before they were truly safe.
As they settled in for the night, the Johnson family knew that they would have to remain vigilant and resourceful if they wanted to survive in this new, dangerous world. But for now, they were just grateful to be alive.
