Alex Turner One Shots

Surprise

Your sat on the bathroom waiting for 3 minutes to be over "how much longer do I have to wait" I say before the timer goes off on my phone. I stand up and go over to the sink and my hands start to shake when I pick up the test and I flip it over.

2 lines...positive you whisper to yourself "I'm pregnant" you stand there in shock for a few seconds. You then realise you and Alex haven't even thought about having children and you didn't even know if he wanted to have them.

You take the test into your bedroom and put it into one of the draws, you head downstairs to grab some water and think on how you should tell Alex. Whilst you're thinking about it you hear the front door shut and look over to see your gorgeous husband walking towards you with a big smile on his face. He gives you kiss "hello my love how have you been today?" He asks you "I've been good thanks what about you?"

"It's been alright I just missed you a lot" he smiles at you and puts his head on your lap. "Hey Al I have something to tell you" he looks at you with a worried face as he cam tell that your very nervous as you're biting your nails. "Love what would you like to tell me don't be nervous " he says to you calmly whilst he sits up so he can take your hands in his.
"Well um... how do I say this" you laugh awkwardly "well I know we haven't talked about this properly and I don't even know of you want it.... Basically what I'm trying to say is that I am pregnant" he sits there with his mouth open not knowing what to say which scares you very much, as he hasn't said anything for a few minutes you go up to your room and lie on the bed. And you think to yourself 'oh god is he mad.'

About 5 minutes later you feel the bed sink and hand placed on your leg which causes you turn your head around to see Alex smiling. "Are you really pregnant?" he asks with excitement. You nod your fast saying "yes I am I know it wasn't planned but I'm really happy about this, but don't get me wrong I was worried that you wouldn't be happy about it." He looks at you with complete adoration and saying "I'm very happy and I can't wait to start this next chapter of our lives" and then kisses you.

He goes down to your belly and pulls your top up a bit and saying "hi there little one this is your daddy well you probably already know that, I just want to say I can't wait to meet you and that me and your mommy love you so much" this causes you to laugh and say "I love you." He smiles up at you as you said that.

"I love you too my love" then kisses you and you cuddle up to each other and go to sleep.
