[ RAIN BLUE'S POV ]

I'm not really a cold guy or anything...
I don't know why Sunnie keeps calling me "devious" or "evil". Honestly, it hurts to be called something like that. I'd rather be called "clever" or "sly" instead.

Sounds cool don't you think?

-----------

Things started to complicate when I accidentally, and stupidly, confessed to her on that annoying rainy day.

Feeling down because of the rain which I ironically hate, things couldn't get any worse when James Red suddenly started hanging out with me. And base on his actions, like putting his arm on my shoulder or locking his arms to mine, Sunnie didn't have to tell me... I knew exactly what was going on.

Dismissal time. Its raining and I know that Sunnie is always at that place, staring into the rain like a lonely psycho. Of course, I was right and when she suddenly said.

"I like rain."

I unconsciously replied. "I like you too."

Of course that was a confession.

I was probably more shocked than her though..
It looked like she didn't get it and it was fun seeing her reaction, so I continued.

-----------

The next day.

I head to the clinic to skip class since I already knew the lesson in math. ( I didn't want to listen to something I already knew. )

I went inside to see Sunnie who happens to be the only person in the clinic.

Some stuff goes on and she looked so mad telling me to "Stop it." cause apparently she thinks that I was playing with her and that the confession was just a joke.
I told her that I was serious and she became more furious.

"Tell me honestly." She says trying her best to be composed. "Are you really interested in me?"

In that short moment, I was trying to think of something cool to reply and this was what I had.

"Do you think that I'm forcing myself on you and not be interested?"

I was looking forward to her reaction but the school nurse just had to ruin it all...

-----------

One day later.

Sunnie came back to school looking all well and healthy.
It seems things are awkward between us and she's doing a good job avoiding me.

I sit down as I ate my lunch in the cafeteria with my friends and James who's been accepted completely by the gang.

I see Naddie and Sunnie sit down at the table on my right. Of course, she looks pissed seeing my face. She glanced at James who's sitting in front of me and she looked even more annoyed.

I smirked at how cute that was.

"Rain, you looked cool helping that librarian organize the other day!" James says all of a sudden. "Makes me want to fall in love with you~"

"Please don't." I reply immediately.

Thinking that Sunnie might've heard that, I look at her and our eyes meet.
She quickly looks the other way and acts as if nothing happened.

I couldn't help but smirk again.

"Rain." James calls. "Can you come with me for a while?"

"... Sure." I respond.

We left the cafeteria and stopped at the halls. There's not much people for some reason and based on this kind of situation, I felt like a confession was about to be made.

He looks at me straight in the eyes and says, "I know this is completely one sided but... I like you."

I froze as I try to think how to respond to that direct and straightforward confession.

"Uhhh... Well..." I mutter. "I'm sorry James... Its not you, its me..."

He laughs, but honestly deep inside, I think he's pissed.

I try once again. "Its not just because I'm straight... I already have someone I like."

"Its Sunnie isn't it?" He says."Its obvious."

Well if it was obvious, she would've found out even if I didn't tell her...

He adds."But I told you even though I knew you like her, so cut me some slack, Rain."

"Yeah, I admire you being brave James. Thanks." I say.

We got suddenly cut off as we hear one of our friends say
"Oh! There you are!" We turn around to see the guys come out from the cafeteria.

"Hey, we still got plenty of time." One of them says. "Wanna play basketball? Soccer? Skirt flipping? Panty hunting?"

"Pervert catching." The other says and hits him on the back of his head.

We all laugh as we gathered and walked around. James who's acting normal, smiles his way with the gang, as of nothing happened.

And then there's me... who feels like a total douchebag right now.

-----------

[ The next day... ]

I can't help but sigh as I walk to school in this gloomy, gray filled morning.

As I approach the school gates, I wonder at the sight of students rushing in followed by the sound of ruckus from inside. I quickly ran to see what it is, and I didn't expect any of what was happening at all.

Naddie who suddenly looked like she had a bad makeover, grabs the collar of pretty guy--- I mean bloody guy, Patrick Green, who's down on his knees.

Wow... What a morning this is.

-----------

And that concludes Rain's POV.

The next one will be back to usual with Sunnie's POV :-)
