Episode 2: doubts, discussions and a new Officer

Cardassian authorities had arrived and secured the rogue vessel and after thoroughly inspecting the ship found no traces of Colonel Kira. That left Tadashi with a bad feeling

He felt as though the Legat knew something and It honestly didn't make much sense. If you were a rogue ship why would you head straight into territory of a government that wanted to capture you?  It would be like a burglar robbing a home then running to hide in a police station

It wasn't adding up

But he had new orders

"StarFleets asked us to return to DS9 and assist. There were surviving Maquis aboard a few dead in the water freighters. We are to pick them up and deliver them to a waiting penal colony transport at the edge of Bajoran space. The transport suffered issues with it's impulse drive and are stuck we are to offer assistance" Demora said

"Great prison transport? Lovely" Thrall said "exciting"

"Keep up the outburst Lt and there will be a issue " Demora responded

"No stop it both of you Thrall chill or go to our quarters. I don't need this headache right now" Tadashi said

"Just speaking my mind" Thrall said

"No you're mocking our mission and… "

"I SAID ENOUGH!" Tadashi snapped "Thrall quarters now I ain't asking I'll beam you there if I have to. Demora stop engaging him" He continued standing up

"Two weeks in and we have a serious problem. Deep space nine got it's ass kicked and Kira kidnapped. Now is not the time to fight! Got it?" He said

"Yes captain" Demora muttered

Thrall huffed and made way for the Turbolift

"Demora you're in command see to it we get those prisoners then set course to meet with the transport. Me and Thrall are gonna have a talk"

The bridge fell into complete silence as Demora took the chair a look of frustration on her face. Tadasni meanwhile followed close behind thrall and joined him inside

"Ok what's going on with you two? You say she's chill and now you're starting shit with her?" Tadashi said..

"She started it oh lord colorful language can't have that in Starfleet. Even though I've heard Starfleet Captains use a lot more vulgar words. Like I'm doing my damn job so what if I cuss? Don't see her calling out your potty mouth" Thrall said.

"That's cause I'm the Captain… but no I get it and honestly I'm so used to your vulgarity I don't care but a lot of these dudes are professional and at the end of the day this is a professional work environment. A slip up here and there's cool but let's both try to cut down on the colourful words ok? Last thing I need is you two fighting. I have so much trust in you Thrall but as my second I gotta trust her to cause if she leaves God knows who they'll send to replace her and I can already here Hikaru asking WTF is goingon" Tadashi sighed.

"Fine fine.. I'll chill out but only for you and she gotta realize neither of us have been in Starfleet forever like her we ain't used to rules n shit. " Thrall said

"Come on I need to check and see how Xall is doing. You need the walk anyways. Computer Main engineering

The doors soon swung open to the bustling room

"Captain a pleasure! Welcome" Xall exclaimed

"Captain on deck!" Chief Fredrick spoke as everyone stopped and turned to face Tadashi

"Bet that shit gets you hard Everytime" Thrall grinned nudging Tadashi

"No it freaks me out.. um carry on everyone back to work" Tadashi said
