"Y/n!" You heard your name being called from the couch for the umpteenth time.
A huff of annoyance left your lips. You shut your eyes close, taking in a deep breath, you got off your bed. You went downstairs and over to the couch.
"What?" You placed your hands on your hips, a jaded expression on your face.
"Your dear husband over here is shamelessly cheating." Taehyung complained like a child, giving Jungkook a blasphemous side-eye.
"That is so not true!" Exclaimed your dear husband, lips already protruded in a pout. "Y/n, your best friend is lying."
"Oh, don't you dare pull that guilt card, man. You've been cheating, admit it." Taehyung scoffed in disbelief, turning in his spot to face the other.
"I have not been cheating," Jungkook refuted. "I am just better at this than you are."
Taehyung placed a hand on his chest, mouth dropping open in a dramatic gasp. "How dare you, Jeon Jungkook?"
Jungkook grinned, amused. He looked at you. "Baby, tell him I don't cheat."
You shook your head slightly. "I can't do this," you turned on your heels and went back to your room.
Jungkook's gaze was fixated on you as you made your way back upstairs.
"Dude, stop drooling." Taehyung teased with a wiggle of his eyebrows.
Jungkook shoved Taehyung, the latter falling on his side on the couch laughing. "Cut me some slack, bro. I love her." He said.
"Her? Or her ass?" Taehyung tugged an eyebrow upwards.
"Can I say both?" Jungkook inquired, playing along with Taehyung. "Or will that make me a bad husband?"
"It's an acceptable answer," Taehyung shrugged.
"That's my answer then." Said Jungkook as both men revived playing their game.
After a few minutes had passed, you came downstairs again. Jungkook and Taehyung were now playing a different video game but still bickering like five-year-olds. You made you way to couch, stopping when you were positioned behind them.
"Boys," you drew their attention from the game to yourself. "Aren't you both forgetting something important?"
Taehyung faced you. "What?"
"Your wife and child, Tae. You were supposed to go back home half-an-hour ago to get your wife and child." You reminded your blonde best friend and his eyes widened in sudden recollection. "We have to get to that inauguration party by eight, which is in an hour." You added.
Taehyung sprung up, tossing the console on the couch. He gave Jungkook one of those bro-nods and made his way to the door. "I'll se you guys at the party. If my wife doesn't kill me, of course."
Jungkook turned to you and you raised your eyebrows at him in question. "What?"
"Nothing." He propped on his knees, arms resting over the backrest of the couch.
You crossed your arms over your chest and asked him, "Aren't you forgetting something too, honey?"
"Pfft, what could I forget?" Jungkook shrugged.
