The next day, Jess, Aeon, and Liiri all arrive at school once again. "So, you have your two picks for miraculous. Who are the two lucky contenders who get them?" Liiri asked. "I could tell you, but where is the surprise in that?" Jess asked back. "Oh, fair point," Liiri replied. "Jess has a great point. A surprise can make any situation, reveal, or plan 95% better. Good call, sis." Aeon said. "Still can't believe your sister is a robot. Do you even know why she was made in the first place?" Liiri asked. "I wish I can tell you, but we must save it for later. School starts in five minutes. Time to go see my friends, and make them regret messing with me." Jess replied. "You have it out for them," Liiri said. "Yes I do, and I don't regret a thing about it," Jess replied. The three go inside, and they sit down in their classroom. Immediately, their friends/classmates: Erin, Arkin, James, Tessa, and Paige, surround them.  "Hey, guys.  How are you doing?  It's nice weather out today right?"  Arkin asked.  "I wouldn't say it's good.  It's a bit too hot.  Would be very heroic, if Eagle and Uncanny can help us out."  Tessa replied.  "I know.  We might even perish from all of this bad weather unless two of our friends can help us."  James said.  "You guys can just say it ok?  You want to be heroes."  Jess replied.  "Uhh, duh,"  Erin said.  "Even my own BFF is in on it.  You know, I find it hilarious how you guys act.  Before we became well know heroes, you saw us as chumps, but the second we achieve greatness, you come crawling back to us.  Begging us, ohh Jess and Aeon.  Can we be heroes as well?  It looks so cool.  We can just ignore making fun of you guys.  Pa-the-tic!"  Jess yelled.  "Fine.  We'll admit we may have been a little harsh on you two.  Perhaps making us heroes can help make things up between us all.  No other reason than that."  Tessa said with a wink.  "Do you guys even know how Jess can become a hero?"  Aeon asked.  "Of course.  With a miraculous."  Paige replied.  "Hold on, what?"  Jess asked.  "I did research through media.  Those French heroes, who helped you, use miraculous to transform.  Sound out to Alya's Ladyblog for all this info."  Paige replied.  "Yeah.  We knew that.  It was all within a miraculous." Arkin said.  "Shut it, Arkin,"  Aeon replied.  "But again, you all came crawling back to us.  Well good news for you, I will make you heroes.  Some of you."  Jess said.  The friends start to cheer.  "BUT... here's the twist.  Only two of you guys from the entire friend group will be chosen.  So be patient, and wait your turn.  That is if he approves of you."  Jess said.
Who's he?"  James asked.  "The man who gave me the other miraculous to make you heroes only accepted some of you guys.  He did say he'll think about the ones he didn't accept, but in the meantime, you're still powerless."  Jess replied.  "Did I pass?"  Arkin asked.  "Of course you did.  Sarcasm."  Aeon replied.  "Dang, it!  I swore I would have passed."  Arkin said.  "You steal for a living dude.  Anyway, whatever happens, not only would I be the best hero, but I would know I would be the best hero.  Keeping you all safe, making sure you do what's best, heck, they should make me team leader when I join."  Tessa replied.  "You didn't pass either,"  Jess said.  "[goes into shock].  You mind if I leave for a moment?"  Tessa asked as she leaves.  The second she leaves the classroom, she screams louder than a siren.  "She doesn't seem happy.  Anyway, did I pass?"  James asked.  "[bell rings].  You'll see if your time comes."  Jess replied.  "Ugh, fine,"  James said, as he goes back to his seat.  Dean Gates walks in, as well as a pissed of Tessa.  "Question class, why did I hear the siren go off this morning?"  Dean asked.

Now, Jess and Aeon are in their wood carving class. The one with friends/classmates: Fiona, Saul, Kenny, Travis, and even Mikey. They all carve wood as usual, with Fiona being a master class wood craving. "Come on class. Finish up carving your little houses. Remember, you're graded based on look." Miss. Jenkins said. As they keep carving, and Kenny is downright horrified, Jess looks at Travis, Mikey, and Saul. "So those here boys passed. Why not Fiona? She seems like a good choice." Liiri asked. "She is. She is a nice girl and a great wood carver, but the second you get on her bad side, she goes berserk." Jess replied. "Which wouldn't be a smart choice just yet," Liiri said. "So, who do you plan to pick here?" Aeon asked. "You'll see," Jess replied. "And time. Tools down. Time to see how you all have done." Miss Jenkins said.  With their tools out of their hands, Jenkins goes around and inspects every one of the houses.  "Hmm good job Jess and Aeon, though your house looks a little funky.  B+ for you both."  Miss Jenkins said.  She moves on to Travis and Saul.  "Travis, B-.  Saul, C+."  Miss Jenkins said.  "Why a C+?"  Saul asked.  "You were asked to build a simple house.  You build a bunker with multiple traps made out of your scraps."  Miss Jenkins replied.  "You never know when to be ready,"  Saul said.  "Whatever.  C+."  Miss Jenkins replied.  She then moves on to Mikey.  "Your house is smashed.  Why is that?"  Miss Jenkins asked.  "[turns black and white]. I wish I knew.  But something tells me the answer is somewhere in this room.  Scraped on the walls like the culprit left a clue for me.  He or she thinks she is slick for that narrative attack, but they just got me one step closer to finding out why this house is toast.  And not the one you savor every morning."  Mikey replied.  "[turns back to normal colors]. I will never understand you.  F."  Miss Jenkins said.  She then moves on to Fiona and Kenny.  "Kenny, again, why didn't you finish?"  Miss Jenkins asked.  "I did make progress.  Did I not?  Kenny asked back.  Jenkins looks and sees he made the four walls.  "That is correct.  But I asked for a house.  Not a box."  Miss Jenkins said.  "I'm sorry.  It's just, I don't want to cut myself."  Kenny replied.  "Excuse me, Miss Jenkins, I agree, it is bad he didn't do the assignment.  However, you got to at least give him credit for going somewhere."  Fiona said.  "I mean, you have a point, but."  Miss Jenkins replied.  "Come on.  It's better than nothing."  Fiona said.  "Ugh.  Fine, I guess I can be generous.  D+."  Miss Jenkins replied.  "Nice,"  Kenny said.  "And now, Fiona.  Immediately getting an A+.  Well done.  Also bonus points for the little details as well.  The little chairs, living room, heck, even bedroom."  Miss Jenkins replied.  "What can I say?  I'm so good, that I would, choose this as a backup career."  Fiona said.  Jenkins moves on, as Fiona pats Kenny on the back.  Kenny smiles for Fiona backing him up.  "Like I said.  She's a good girl, just don't get on her bad side."  Jess said.
