Third person POV;

Who had entered other than one, Katsuki Bakugo. He began to cough before shouting,
"Why the f#ck did you use so much perfume, Raccoon eyes!?"

She just rolled her eyes at this and went to get her phone. The two boys awkwardly smiled at eachother other before being dragged out the door by an excited Mina.

The three friends made their way around the busy town, occasionally slowing down in their speed walk so Mina could peep in shop windows. It had begun to get chilly, so they decided to spend a few hours in the mall.

Soon, they had been into every shop at least once. Truth be told, they didn't spend longer than 2 minutes in each, desperately trying to get everywhere quickly. Hunger soon came over them, driving all three towards the food court.

Mina's POV;

We all huddled around a rather small table. I earned myself a few curses from Bakubabe for buying so much 'junk', as my bags took up most of the space.

"F#ck sakes Raccoon eyes! Why the hell do you need all this shit?!" He yelled, receiving a few stares from passerbys.
Kami giggled lightly, which clearly didn't go unnoticed by Bakuhoe, who's face was now wearing a tiny, barely seen smile.

As we tucked in to our food, a strange, purple haired boy, who looked about our age, leaned against our table and locked eyes with Kamibabe.

"Hey! I think your quite cute... can I, I don't know, get your number?" He said in an exaggerated tone.

This sudden and straightforward question caught all of us off guard.
Kami became lost for words and Bakubabe almost choked on his drink.

"S-sure!" Kami whispered, pulling out his phone. As he unlocked it, I couldn't help but notice the strange boy's eyes wander towards the screen. This filled me with a little confusion, but I let it slide. There was no reason for me to dislike this boy, except that he was stopping my ship from sailing!

The two continued to chat after they exchanged numbers as me and Bakubabe sat in still silence. Whenever I looked up from the lovely looking floor, I noticed the cold and threatening glares my angry blonde friend was directing at the regal haired boy. It made me wonder. Was Bakugo jealous?

The awkward silence grew, while Denki continued to chat. In this time, I have stared at everything I possibly could. Bakugo, however, simply continued to stare down the boy. As I grew bored, I started to take in the new boy's features.
He had short, wavy, regal hair, brown eyes and..... sharp teeth? I shrugged it off. It must just have something to do with his quirk, but I couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong.

"Hey.... Denks?" I asked, cutting off their conversation. I was greeted with a look of annoyance and a simple 'huh'.

" I don't want to seem rude, but... me and Bakugo have been sitting here for a while, could we maybe start to head back?" I muttered, attempting to politely get this boy to leave. My request was made the regal haired boy scoff and look me dead in the eye. Denki, of course, apologised to us and agreed that we should get going.

We put our rubbish in the bin and made sure our table was clear so as to make it easier for the cleaners. We began to stroll off until Kami was pulled backwards, bumping in to the boy again.
Seeing him again caused Bakubabe to roll his eyes.

"Hey! I was just wondering if maybe you wanted to continue shopping with me?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "Consider it a first date!"

"Um...." Denks looked back at us for an answer. Bakugo simply folded his arms and looked away. 'God, this boy couldn't hide his jealousy very well.' I smiled at Kamibabe, symbolising that he should go.

The boy placed an hand on Bakugo's shoulder, patting it with an obnoxious grin on his face.

"Sure! There's still an hour before curfew." He said sweetly.

As the 'couple' walked off, I turned to bakubabe, who was wearing a bitter expression. His neck was really red, had he been holding it too much? He did have a tendancy to do that sometimes, but I shrugged it off.

"I don't like that guy." He muttered, watching on at the now far away boys.

Denki's POV;
           ****30 minutes later****

"Hey, look at this!" My date called over to me. We were in Warm Topic, just browsing. I wandered over, brushing my hand across the railings.

This was my dream guy! He was purple headed. Liked music. Had a cute name, it was Hontō janai. He was cute.

He was holding up a t-shirt with an interesting design on it. It was a navy, faded t-shirt with a splatter of red across the front. Inside the splatter, it read 'Koi'.
Hontō seemed to really like the shirt, even opting to buy it. I didn't like it personally, the splatter reminded me a little of blood, being a hero means that I'll most likely be seeing a lot of it but it still makes me feel faint. That was just my opinion though, maybe Hontō didn't see it like that!

When it became close to curfew, Hontō offered to walk me home. The mall wasn't far from UA, but company was still welcome. As we walked, he told me some fascinating details about himself. He was sixteen, a student attending Ketsubutsu Academy. His quirk allowed him to receive information about other people by focusing on that person's face. He told me that once he focused enough, everything appeared around the person's head like a character sheet in a video game. I found this incredibly cool.

With a ten minute walk left to get to UA, Hontō pointed out that he knew a shortcut. He took my hand in his and led me to an overgrown path. The further we walked, the closer it got to curfew.

"Um.. Hontō?" I asked quietly. "I don't mean to seem rude or anything, but, I should probably be heading back. I'll be locked out otherwise."

Hontō paused in front of me and began to giggle. As he did so, his voice went more high-pitched and 'girly',even.
He turned to face me, staring me down with new, yellow eyes.

"I don't think you have to worry about that, Denki-kun!"

Those were the last words I heard before my body was engulfed in purple smoke.

Heyo!!
Thank for reading this chapter. I tried to make Hontō as suspicious as possible, without giving it entirely away.
If you would like a translation, Hontō janai means 'not real/true'.
Man I suck at giving names...
Anyway,
This is your friendly reminder that you are appreciated and loved! ❤️
Have a good rest of day/night!!
