𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝑨𝑹𝑪𝑯 26, 1991, 𝑨𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒚𝒂𝒉 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒆 𝑯𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒔 was born.
𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙔 𝘼𝙇𝙒𝘼𝙔𝙎 outshined her older sister, Naomi. Ally was the youngest child, meaning she got the attention that Naomi didn't get. She was so-called "the perfect child."
Ally had everything going perfectly for her, even though her father, Delroy was barely around. Delroy only showed up for her and Naomi's birthdays until Ally was eight and Naomi was ten. Delroy had officially left the family. then. Ally and Naomi never saw their father ever again.... well Naomi never saw him again.
During Aaliyah's high school years, she had straight A's, she was the captain of the cheerleading team, and she was a professional dancer. Her mother used to talk proudly of her at family gatherings.
Meanwhile, their father had other children and a new wife that he paid his full attention to. He had completely forgotten about his "other " family.
That's when Aaliyah's hatred of men started. She looked at them as a symbol of disappointment, abandonment, and dishonesty.
𝙊𝙉𝙀 𝙉𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙏, Ally was at a Halloween party in the middle of the night with her friends. Everything was fun and games until she got into a physical fight with a blonde-haired girl named Emile.
Emile begrudged Aaliyah for years and always wanted what she had. Emile had tried to physically harm Aaliyah twice. The first time was during cheer practice, Emile had tried to injure her so she could take her place as captain of the cheerleading team. The second time was during a party when Emile shoved a drunk Aaliyah down the stairs. Luckily Aaliyah wasn't badly injured but she did get a little scrape on her arm from the impact of the fall.
After all of the awful things Emile had done to Aaliyah, she snapped. Aaliyah had busted Emile's head open. Literally. She wasn't a violent person, so this was a surprise to everyone she knew. Aaliyah instantly regretted what she had done as soon as she saw her mother crying when she heard her "perfect " child had done such a violent thing and was going to prison for one thousand eight hundred twenty-five days of her life.
