𝗔𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗬𝗔𝗛 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗛𝗔𝗗 𝗔 𝗝𝗢𝗕, after like a week of being in prison. She wasn't mad about it, because it gave her something else to do other than eat sleep, and count.
"That goes for all of you newts. Read... fix the lamp...go away. That's your day, that's your job. " CO Luschek says, lazily. Aaliyah could have sworn he was drunk by the way he was slurring his words a bit. Janae scoffs before saying, " Jobs pay. This is bullshit." "You're making 11 cents an hour. " CO Luschek says as if that's a high pay. "Right. So I could, like, save up and buy a $6 Pepsi at the company store?" Janae says sarcastically. "Pepsi, $5.75" Flaca corrects randomly. CO Luschek visibly became annoyed at Janae's complaining and eventually let her stand inside the cage.

𝗖𝗢 𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗞 𝗕𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗧, as the screwdriver went missing. He pressed the red button, causing the alarm to go off again. Aaliyah just hoped she wouldn't get sent to the SHU for something she didn't do.
" A screwdriver is considered a deadly weapon. That is another five years on your sentence if you are caught with it in your possession " Caputo explained. " I don't like being threatened for something I didn't do," Janae spoke, trying her hardest to look tough. "No. I'm not threatening you. I'm informing you of the facts." Caputo clarified. " Sounds like a threat to me. I already told you; I don't have it." Janae says, defensively. "I put her in charge of the tools, it's her fault." CO Luschek says while pointing at Janae. " Yo, don't be tryin' to pass the buck on me, it's your fuckin' job! I'm just a monkey in a cage, remember? " Janae quickly shouts. " Oh, no, no, I think that she means her..." Piper was instantly cut off by Janae, " No, I don't need you translating for me, Honey Boo Boo." Janae says, not wanting any help from a white girl. Aaliyah held back a snicker as she didn't want to draw any attention to herself. Caputo then shuts everyone up and demands to have all the women searched.
Janae refuses and she is taken to the SHU. Aaliyah looks away in discomfort as Janae is pulled out of the room as she screams. "Shit," Aaliyah mutters.
"Anyone else has a problem with a male officer?" Caputo asks, basically forcing the ladies to be searched by male officers. Aaliyah had a problem with a male officer but she didn't want to be sent to the SHU so she just kept quiet.
Caputo speaks as the male officers search the ladies. Aaliyah gasps in disgust and discomfort as CO Mendez "searches " her in inappropriate places. Normally, Aaliyah would slap his hand away or punch him but this was prison, and she would join Janae in the SHU or get sent to Max.

𝗔𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗬𝗔𝗛 𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗚𝗜𝗥𝗟𝗦, because of this whole WAC pack thingy she heard about. Aaliyah paid her full attention to her nails as she knew no one there and it was pretty awkward.
"Yo, new girl," a short bald woman said to get Aaliyah's attention. Aaliyah looked up at the short woman. " Hey," Aaliyah said, shyly. "You got a name, new girl?" another woman with curly hair asked. "Aaliyah, my name's Aaliyah. The girl spoke. "I'm Poussey, and no my name is not pussy." The bald woman says, with a bit of humor. "And I'm Taystee." The curvy woman spoke. Aaliyah just nodded. The three women continued to talk until Poussey said, " Hey Aaliyah, you wanna sit with us from now on?", "Yeah, sure. " Aaliyah says with a smile. The three women continue to talk until the winners of the WAC elections are announced.
"Your elected WAC leaders are...Ruiz. Maria Ruiz, Jefferson, Chang, who will be representing both the others and the golden girls, and... Chapman." The entire cafeteria starts to murmur and stare at Piper. She didn't even run.
