It was the first day of class elections, and I was SUPER nervous!!
I'd been running for my class president, and I really wanted to win! I had been working super hard on my speeches and arguments! I knew I had the support of some of my classmates, but the competition was fierce.
I knew I could lead my classmates super well! I'd give them awesome advice and help them with their schoolwork. But other than helping my fellow students, I had to admit the real reason I was running though was in the hopes I could write to President Trump. My teacher said we could talk go the other class presidents to create laws, but I wanted to talk to the actual president.
As my teacher counted up the votes, I held my breath. I really didn't want to lose! I couldn't just lose this chance to meet my love!
My teacher finished counting and turned to face the class. She revealed the class president... ME!
