Rylee's POV

"Shane....."

"Just say you'll think about it okay?"

"okay."

she smiled for the rest of detention.

----------------Walking home--------

"Shane, what made you ask me?"

"I love you"

"I love you too, but seriously, what made you ask me?"

"I love you and will keep loving you for the rest of my life. that's the only reason i need."

"awe, babe. come here" i pulled her closer and kissed her. i couldn't help it. she makes my world go round. I'm so happy i met her. Shane is the love of my life.

------------at home------------------

Shane went into the bathroom and her phone went off.

"Shane, your phone!!"

"Babe can you see who it is? It's probably my mom, I'm suppose to go over for dinner tonight."

"sure thing." i look at her phone and its a text from someone named Jordan. She said 'Hey baby, missed you today' why the hell was some girl texting my girlfriend that!!

"Shane."

"what's up babe?"

"who's Jordan?"

"why..?"

"She texted you saying 'hey baby' and she even put a heart"

"wrong number?"

"how many girls have the name Shane?"

"maybe she thought it was her boyfriend, i don't know!"

"so you do know a Jordan."

"yes i know a Jordan. She used to be my next door neighbor, i ran into her at the store a couple months ago and she gave me her number."

"well then."

"Ry, why are you acting like this?"

"ask your girlfriend!"

"I'm trying too! She wont answer me."

"Shane, I'm not talking about me. I'm talking about your other girlfriend...."

"I don't have another girlfriend. I only have you!!"

"Jordan seems to think you guys are together."

"well we aren't."

-------------------Next Day-----------------

I can sense it in my bones that Shane and that Jordan bitch are seeing each other. I cant believe Shane might be cheating on me. we have been together 5 years. you would think that you know someone after 5 years, but i guess i don't know Shane as well as i thought. I have to talk to James so i invited him over.

"James, i think Shane is cheating on me."

"I doubt that Rylee, look at yourself, only an idiot would be stupid enough to cheat on you."

"She got a text from another girl named Jordan. and Jordan called her babe."

"oh dear."

"and she knows i hate cheaters. My dad was one and look at my parents now. they cant even be in the same building without arguing over something."

"did you ask her about it?"

"Yeah and she said that maybe Jordan thought she was texting her boyfriend and not Shane."

"Maybe she was."

"Ugh, maybe. I don't know."

"Ry, your going to make yourself crazy. just talk to her."

"fine...."

I need to know the truth before this whole thing eats me up inside. Tonight I'm just going to confront Shane and see what happens. I don't like whats going to happen next......
