Ah both interesting and fucked up, classy me. So what is this story about? Well it involves a character by the name of: "Nathan." Nathan is your average type of bully character (pale skin, Short spiky black hair, blue eyes and dotted freckles) asshole to both society and thinks their the hottest piece of shit on the planet.
So The Ashton Isles is a Private Island Institute (PII) designed to re-habilitate one's self. The only other twist is that most of the people on the Isle are Amazons with Futas. With maybe an occasional boy here or there. Each girl is 14 feet tall and Nathan is 4'11" (so everyone is just about 3 times taller than himself) Once a participant arrived onto the island they are assigned a trainer. With specific rules put in place.
The form Nathan signed states that he can't leave the island until he passes the final with a C- (70) or higher. There are specific groups of people on the island.

Trainers: Overlook what students do and enforce the rules. They oversee students and discipline each student accordingly. With a Penalty system.

The Penalty System: Points were awarded to any students who failed to meet/follow proper guidelines so: (Failing/Skipping Classes, Physical/Psychological Abuse, Escaping, Bribing, Cheating, Manipulating a Trainer/Student, Taking Pictures of Girls, Invasion Of Privacy, Blackmailing, etc.) If noticed or found out would result in a mark against the student. Each mark would be tallied up as the day went by and depending on how many tally were marked would change the punishment.
1 Mark - Nothing more than a slap on the wrist, as everyone needs a second chance. Just told regardless of the charge to not do it again.
2 Marks - More Physical Punishments (kick to the groin, slap across the face, etc.) Some punishment that involves more of a physical element.
3 Marks - Last Straw, A Trainer will personality will result to overpowering the student and have violent sex with them for at least ten minutes straight. The goal of this job is to make sure the students understands what consequences are. With 5 more minutes added for each additional mark. If the students is uncooperative, it doesn't matter they are forced to the will of the trainer and depending on the trainer they could go slow or they could barely care about the student.

Students: Their goal is to learn their wrong doings and become better people, if they don't learn they are forced too.

Trainer Relationship: At the first chapter Nathan meets Sage. 23 Years Old, Pale Skin Tone, Short wavy green hair and light blue eyes. She commonly hated wearing the traditionally trainer gowns (full body uniforms, no revealing clothing, in a black suit and tie esthetic) So commonly she wore her a crop top and a pair of ripped up shorts (with a huge bulge always appearing visible).
Each student would live with their respected trainer, each trainer would share a bed with their student. Each trainer would be forced to keep tabs on everything the student is doing. So if they go to the bathroom, the trainer would time how long they were inside and ask what they were doing. If Nathan for example wanted to take a shower, the trainer would shower with Nathan to make sure he wasn't attempting to cheat for a test.
Trainers were their personal bodyguards every step of the way the only time they were asked to not follow them was whenever school hours were available. (To make sure no Trainer could play favorites, with many hidden cameras and other personal as students monitoring each student) While some trainers could decide to lessen their punishments, it was prohibited for a trainer to not punish accordingly. Each trainer would be forced to enact the punishment as they saw fit and be forced to record it for evidence.
Not a pretty alternative and that is why the concept was interesting and hard to explore. Because or moral justifications while it is fiction and some people think that they deserve it. At the end of the day, we ain't the judge or the executioner of justice. We are but a witness. (That is what I wrote down in the page lol)
Besides a world outline the story was never made. Of what each chapter could have looked like or what the main character would have done.
