I like the idea of having giants freely roam a city however it must be hard to build that story correctly, well I tried my own way on that concept.

Backstory:

A small town that constantly attracts new residents and tourists from around the world year after year. It is known as "Runista" Ruinsta is known for its founder. So Rumi's plan would be to make Jack hate Runi and go with her instead.

Somethings about Rumi -
