Me and Wendy were basically talking the ENTIRE time on our way to school. She complained about Stan and her relationship, and I complained on how I need a boyfriend.

"It's better to go slow and steady than rushing into a relationship." Wendy said, showing her rows of white teeth. 

"Mhm." I nodded, thinking of picnic dates, going to the mall together, and romantic kisses with my future boyfriend. I adored one, especially since most of my friends had them.

While I was daydreaming, Wendy parked the car and was already out. When I got out of my imagination, Wendy was staring at me through the window. I then quickly got my stuff and rushed out the car super quick. I could see Wendy crossing her arms and silently laughing.

"Still mesmerizing about your dream guy? Every guy has his cons you know." She said, locking the car and walking with me.

"Yeah I know... but can't you imagine what would happen if I had one? We could dance late into the evenings and play couple games!" I say twirling around. 

"It's all fun and games until you actually have a shitty guy who only hangs out with his annoying friends and is addicted to alcohol. Stan is so bad sometimes." Wendy ranted as we stepped up the steps. 

When we opened the door, Bebe and Red came running to us with Heidi running in behind them. They all started screaming at me and pushing me towards the lockers.

"What's all the fuss about?" I said looking around as if a zombie would pop up. They all had big grins on their faces as Red stepped up.

"Well we heard through the grapevine that a certain someone has caught feelings for you~" She said, trying her to best to sound calm but was really excited.

"Who?" 

"Clyde Donovan."

"Hell respectfully no." I said rolling my eyes as we reached the locker where I opened it.

"Why nottttt? You know he's liked you since like 5th grade!" Bebe said stepping in.

"I just don't like him like that you know? He could be a good friend but I don't see him as boyfriend material." I said grabbing my book as they walked beside me.

"Well I dated him! He was such a nice guy!" Bebe said, basically boasting about her relationship.

"Didn't u you use him for shoes Bebe?" I said, glaring at her. She never talked again until we got to class.

I waved goodbye to Bebe and Red and started talking with Wendy and Heidi. 

"Are you guys excited?" Heidi said, grinning at us.

"Nope." Me and Wendy said quickly.

We all laughed and went into the classroom noisily
