Chapter 3: Inosuke

Tanjiro POV:
It's been s week since the letter was send, and when Oyakata-san told us about the mission, he said that it would be better if we go there a week before the festival, so that we have a time to prepare and train... Because after all no one knows what's waiting for us their.

"What do you think is the reason why we were requested to come allong by that unknown friend of the Master?" Zenitsu ask while looking at the clear blue sky, I also can't stop thinking about that, If the Hashiras are going then why do we need? I also look up at the sky, and start to think about everything that happened this past weeks, We fought an Lower moon, Inosuke's missing, then the mission at the Naisho village-

My thoughts were cut when a rock was threw right into my head 'Nice, everyone's like throwing rocks at people'

"Is Inosuke's back?" I look over at the person who seems like throwing rocks at people's faces, The mist Hashiras, Muichiro Tokito ask not caring nor bother by what he just did.

3rd Person POV:
"He stills missing" Tanjiro said looking down, he was about to say something but he didn't as he saw Muichiro, walking away, and slowly vanishing from his sight. He just continued his training for the upcoming mission, after all he promised that he will find Inosuke no matter what happened.

Ever since Inosuke went missing, the Mist, Wind, and Flower Hashiras, conduct a search team for him, hoping to find the kid alive, even the Insect hashira joined them after knowing about the search team, and in the end they found nothing, not even a clue if he is still alive.

At first both Tanjiro and Zenitsu were confused by their actions, on why the four Hashiras were doing that, but they just end up with a conclusion that Inosuke was close to the Hashiras, after all Tanjiro just meet Inosuke at the Butterfly estate, and their first meet up didn't even end well, but they are glad that they end up as good friends

====Flashback====
"You will be staying here for a while, the Kocho sister will be the one taking care of you and your friends" a Kakushi said leaving Tanjiro in one of the beds, while an unconscious Zenitsu with smaller limbs was in his left side

Tanjiro noticed a dual sword in the bed in front of his, it was wrapped in cloth, out of curiosity Tanjiro start to limping toward the bed, when he reached their he removed the cloth to see the greyish-indigo sword, it was indeed a dual sword, but unlike a normal sword it was chipped with numerous gashes within the blade's edge

"HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY SWORDS!?" Tanjiro look behind him to see a guy with boar head mask, he was wearing a dark gray-blue Demon Slayer uniform with a few unbuttoned revealing his bandage chest underneath, a baggy hakama pants secured at his hips with a thick belt adorned with fluffy brown deer fur, and a geta sandals that was also secured with a fur.

"Are you trying to steal it?" the boar head ask, stomping toward Tanjiro

"N-No I'm not, I just want to take a look at it" Tanjiro tried his best to explain but the boar head punch him in the gut, at that moment Tanjiro's life flash before his eyes, with a feeling that a rib or two just broke, it's obvious that the guy doesn't care if Tanjiro was injured

"WHATS HAPPENING HERE!?" A girl shout arriving at the seen, she has a deep blue eyes, straight black hair that was tied in twin tails, with blue butterfly hair pins, she saw wearing a Demon slayer uniform and a white nurse dress on top of it, blue sash around her waist, but what she saw explain everything, the unconscious guy in the floor must touch Inosuke's belongings

And when Tanjiro gain consciousness he explain his self and apologize for touching Inosuke's belongings, and when Tanjiro and Zenitsu were fully recovered the three of them were send in mission where they has a chance to better to know each other
