Edward's pov of first date

It's been two days since I have seen Jake but everything seemed perfect I hoped he felt like that too. This morning I went on a hunt alone, I couldn't stop thinking of Jake and I knew Alice could tell something was up I worry about her having a vision about us all the time but she never says anything, plus even if she did I know Alice would never "out" us. As I was chasing after a deer I stopped I wasn't even hungry anymore, I was hungry for Jake. Later that day he asked me to meet up with him so of course I did when I showed up he looked amazing as always. "Hey Eddie" he smiled wide. God I love hearing him say that. "Hey Jake" I smiled softly "I was wondering if um maybe you wanted to go on a date? I have the perfect place away from everyone" I could feel my face turn bright red "yes of course". He grabbed my hand and told me to follow him. He took me to these beautiful lavender fields and we sat together. "sorry it's not much" I looked deep into his eyes "are you kidding its beautiful" I grabbed his hands looked deeper into his eyes and kissed him. It felt like heaven. I could tell Jake had a lot on his mind "hey Jake, don't worry about that stuff, just remember your promise. We'll figure this out together. it might not be today it might not be tomorrow but just focus on me and this moment" "you know Eddie you always know what to say" We laid there and looked at the sky and talked for hours. This date was amazing and I wanted so bad for there to be another one. Every night I wish I dreamed because I knew I'd only dream of Jake.
