BLINDED by water, as she had to kick and kick to swim up, the adrenaline of being chased had kicked in and made her breathing unstable. She coughed at the amount of water she swallowed.
Sarah grabbed onto a stable root, pulling herself out of the water.

"Hold still, idiot." Sarah made him kneel, while she attended to his fresh wound, rubbing an ointment on it, making Jake curse out, earning a glare from Sarah as she put a bandaid over it and wrapped it with a bandaid.
Jake then thought it was a good idea to make a spear with a stick, sharpening the tip with his pocket knife.
They walked through the forest, but Sarah admired the surroundings mostly, noticing a single Atokirina on the far left floating, she gasped lowly, crouching as she almost walker over to it till Jake grabbed her forearm. "What are you staring at?"

Sarah breathed out in fear, looking around as she pulled the jacket around herself to act as a blanket. Her clothes had dried throughout the day but was freezing since she took off her covered shoes and washed her feet because she felt gross.
They were followed, Jake and her kept weaving through trees to get away from the laughs.
But they followed and got closer. Soon, it sounded like they were in a nest of viperwolves, Sarah crouched down, Jake whacked his torch around to get some type of hit but missed as the viperwolves dodged.
