about 15 mins later ago a random number sent me a picture.

i knew it was prince from the way he typed , he said he would meet me alone to get marlee back .

my da nor brothers or scoob believed it they said i couldn't go alone .

" please just let me go and talk to him ." i begged

" no hunesti , ain't not telling what he gone try to do to you or marlee " scoob said

my da sat there rubbing his chin i guess trying to think .

" nah nah , this could go well ." he said .. honestly i felt like he was hiding something.

i had just made it to the park prince wanted to meet at , chevo nem were down the street i told them they didn't have to do all of that but they don't listen .

i got out the car seeing marlee on the swing n prince pushing her.

marlee was a people's person , i know that from the first night we got her and she called me ma.

as i got closer i heard marlee's little " wee's "

i guess she saw me because she got off the swing running towards me .

prince slowly followed her

" maaa " she yelled hugging my legs

" hi baby ." i said rubbing her back

prince made his way to us and just looking at him made me emotional .

" hey essy ." he spoke finally

" marlee go play on the slide for a little bit okay ?" i said so me and prince could talk.

she ran off as happy as she could be .

" prince , why ?" i asked

" why what ?" he said trying to get close only for me to move back

" why did you fake your death ? , why'd you do any of it ." i said

" and then kidnapping marlee ?" i said wiping my tears .

" i faked my death because that was my only other option " he said

" that night .. i told neto that i couldn't work with him .. he told me he was gone kill me the next day ." he said

" i told your father and he told me the only way to get out of it was to fake my death and skip town" he said making my eyes water even more

" i stalked your socials and when i seen marlee on your story it ignited a fire ." he said

" prince .." i trialed with nothing left to say

" spending the time i spent with marlee helped me .. she loves her parents ." he said with fresh tears at his eyes

i took a minute to catch my self ..

he pulled me into a hug , only in a friend way .

he left the park as i stood there cleaning my self up .

i knew that i had a boyfriend and i loved my boyfriend but me n prince what we had was special.

" marlee ! " i semi yelled across the park

" yesthh " she called back running towards me

" cmon baby , we about to go home to daddy mkay ?" i said picking her up heading to the car .

i put her in her car seat before getting in .

i texted sincère and told him to tell everybody i was just gone head straight home .

it was going on 5 and marlee had school tmr and honestly i didn't feel like talking about it anymore .

scoob still had his penthouse for when we just need our own space .

since my daddy owned my last house i was renting it out .

i think that i was gone start back making food plates .

being that i was bored in the day time and had nothing better to do .

when i was little i watched my momma do it so why not .

it had been about 15 mins and i had finally made it to our neighborhood .. i put the code in and drove to our house .

i got me and marlee out and took her to her up stairs since she was napping again .

i walked in her bathroom that was connected to her room and began rubbing her bath water.

i went to her draw and took her out some pajamas .

since we had just moved in a week ago the house still needed some work.

we had the whole downstairs finished .

and abt 1/3 of the upstairs finished .

we should be down by next week if we stay consistent.

i figured i'd cook some spaghetti for my family so i went to take the stuff for that out .
