5 DAYS LATER
A Special Forces aircraft appear in the distance as the wind howl at the Fire Gardens. The Shirai Ryu finished getting packed to the Special Forces jungle base. The aircraft land at the entrance of the Fire Gardens. Kenshi followed closely by his son Takada they leave the carrier. Takada was catching up with old friends while Kenshi was walking to greet Hanzo.
Hanzo's Pov: "Nice to see you again, friend. I'm excited to see the tournament. Is your extra member coming with us, or is she staying in your room." He said with a grin.
"W-what? She's coming to the base. To make sure it keeps a secret base, she will be blindfolded before we get near."
"I didn't know you two were into that?" Kenshi says. I'm starting to think he spent too much with Cage. I walk away before I want to break his jaw. Mileena is sitting on the benches near the river and watching the birds. She is holding a brown bag with bones on it.
"I see that you do like the make things."
"I only do it when I have nothing to do or I feel like making something." She says as she stands up with the bag. "I made it with some things I found around here and some animals from the Jungles from Outworld."
"It looks very well done." We walk together with Kenshi, still smirking before laughing.
"Dad, what's so funny?" Takada stops in his tracks as his dad tells him something with his telepathy. "Oh, that's what the bear is about." Now Takada is now also smiling.
"What bear?" Mileena says as she looks at both at Takada and me. Takada takes a look before he says another word. I head to help others get their gear into the aircraft.
Mileena's Pov: What was the guy talking about? Does Hanzo still have my bear, or does he have another bear. A man with a blindfold starts to head towards me.
"My name is Kenshi. And he still has your bear in a box in the weaponry." He tells me with a smirk. "Tell him I call dibs on being his best man on at your two's wedding. He walks away with a small chuckle.
My face burns with embarrassment. Does Hanzo like me? Do I like him? Or is he messing with me? I have so many questions. I see him talking to Hanzo with a smirk on his face.
Please don't tell me that he's going to make things more awkward than it already is.
"Sorry for my dad. He can get like this sometimes."
"Is it true?"
"On the bear or something else?"
"The bear. Does he have a teddy bear in the weaponry."
"Yeah, he has a teddy bear in a box along with a knife. I found it one day when he and dad were in Uzbekistan. Fox and I were bored, sowe decided to open the box. And we found the bear." I blush and a bit hurt that he lied to me about keeping the bear. "Good thing your vail is as purple. I can barely see you blush."
I walk away with my bag and head towards the aircraft, still blushing. I sit near the window to see what earthrealm from above. My mind races with what the blind man said. Maybe he's just trying to get me nervous. If so, then it is working.
Hanzo gets on board and sits next to me. He doesn't say anything, and I watch as we take off.
Hanzo's Pov: Is she okay? She usually flirts, or she asks a question. "Fear of heights?" I ask, trying to find out if something is wrong.
"No, I just want to see earthrealm from above. Though I think I may have a headache.
"Let me guess, Kenshi told you something?"
"Who's Kenshi?"
"The blind swordsman."
"No, he didn't tell me anything. I'm just now getting a bad headache. I leave her alone just in case she isn't lying about her headache. If I wasn't mistaken, I think she was blushing.
"Grandmaster Hasashi, is she also participating, or is she just watching? I also want to say sorry for my dad. Too much time with Johnny Cage will do that." Takada confirms my thoughts of cage.
"She's just watching, and I thought so." While we talk, we start to leave the mainland and head to the Pacific ocean, Mileena is amazed with the amounts of water. Outworld might not have ocean.
A DAY LATER
Mileena's Pov: "When do we get there?" I ask Hanzo. "We've been flying for an entire day.
"Three more hours." He tells me while laying down on a bed.
"Finally, I never thought I would miss being on the ground. Guess there is a first time for everything."
"I hear you two are awake." Kenshi said in a joking manner. "I'm surprised you two can keep your hands off each other when alone. But I guess you keep that when you're truly alone." I couldn't see what Hanzo's reaction was, but mine was total embarrassment.
"What has Cage done to you?" Hanzo asks while sleepy.
"I don't know anymore, I need help." Kenshi tells us.
"Best stay away from the actor." I tell him. Hanzo has gotten out of bed and is now heading to the small cafeteria.
Kenshi was about to follow him, but I grabbed his arm. "What did you mean?" He looked confused, but he then remembered what he said.
"He does have a teddy bear." I let go and started to think what else he said. Before I can ask more, he says, "The rest is up to you." He then walks away, leaving me more confused. I lie down on the uncomfortable bed and continue to question what he said.
