The leaves flew from the trees from the fire gardens. The sun sets as the Shirai Ryu
train as Master Hasashi sent them to the dining room.

Hanzo's Pov: "The Shirai Ryu are doing well. Kaui Lang will not know what hit him next week." I tell himself. I stop in my tracts as twig snaps. I walk to the sound on edge since the netherrrealm is getting more active.

I find the twig, and I barely catch a purple clothed woman, and I throw my Kunai towards here. In return, she throws 2 sais at me.

I know how this is. And I must know why she is here.

Mileena's Pov: Crap. I can't get in a fight now. I wince in pain as the stab wound in my leg is bleeding and is painful as ever.

Luckily, he seems normal, so I can maybe make him leave me alone or maybe even force him to help me.

Dizziness is getting the best of me, but I have no choice. I have to fight. I try to walk towards him, but I fall due to my wound, and I try my best, yet it is useless to try to get up.

He walks towards me, and something seems to be familiar, yet I never met him before. I start to fade in and out. The last thing I see before going out is him holding me bridal style. I hate being treated like this, but with him, it seemed normal, and I kind of liked it.

Hanzo's Pov: "I must consult with Raiden." I need to know why she is here. But I need her alive, so I take her to the infirmary and tied up her limbs so she doesn't escape and kill the maidens.

I go to the mediation trees and summon
Raiden. "What is it Master Hasashi?" He asks me. "Have the netherrrealm send in a wave a demons?"

"No, it's something else that may be a bad sign to come." I answered. "Mileena has shown up. I took her to the infirmary so we can get some answers."

"Are there other Tarkatans or fellow rebels?" Raiden says sparply.

"No, just her, and she was wounded in the left leg, yet she can still be dangerous, and I thought you may have the solution to this problem." As we walk to the infirmary to question Mileena.

Mileena's pov: I wake up in a strange room with a woman dressed up similar to the man who was taking care of me. I try not to scare her so I don't get killed in the earthrealm of all places. "Where am I?" I asked tentatively. "Am I going to die?"

"You are in the Fire Garden," the woman answered, "You won't die from your wound, but I can not say your fate." I was about to ask further questions, I hear footsteps. I feel my heart racing from uncertainty. Two people come into the room, the Thunder God and the man. Who was quite handsome now that I can get a decent look at him."

"Good, you are awake," the man tells me, "My name is Hanzo Hasashi." At least I have his name.

"What do you want, earthrealmer?" I ask weakly. "Why keep me alive."

"We only seek answers to why you are here," Raiden answers to me. "So why did you come to earthrealm, and why did you hurt?"

"I came to earthrealm in order to hide from Kotal and his minions. One named Erron Black shot my leg, and Reptile spat acid also hitting my leg." I answered. "I used magic to get into earthrealm in order to get somewhere. Kotal couldn't reach me. That's why I'm here. I mean no threat." They both study me, I guess, to see any signs of any deception.

"She isn't lying." Raiden says. "I'll contact General Blade and Kotal to see what we should do to her. But for now, Grandmaster Hasashi, I'm asking you to watch over Mileena in the meantime."

"I will. Remember, if she does anything funny, I will cut her down." Hanzo replied. Something is familiar about him saying that. I feel like I know who he is already.

"May the Elder God's make sure nothing happened," Raiden says as he teleports away. Right after he picks me up again, and I still don't know why I like him picking me up like this. His muscles don't help either.

"Where are you taking me?" I ask Hanzo.

"To your room so you can get some rest." His voice is quite calming. god, why am I so into this mortal of all people. He walks for a minute, and he opens a door to room.

"I guess that's mine." He nodded his head when I asked. Though a thought keeps racing in my head. "Hanzo, if you don't mind me asking, were you Scorpion?"

He stops dead in his path and doesn't even look at me but answers, "Do not call me that." He then leaves me alone in my room with my thoughts.

"Hanzo is Scorpion," I said to myself. No wonder I didn't feel threatened. I close my eyes and go to bed.
