Obviously Yours

Chapter one

Silver the hedgehog was minding his business in his future-like world he was currently relaxing in his house watching TV it was a bit boring Nothing interesting had happened ever since the metal virus Silver stayed in the future protecting it and making sure its safe he occasionally visited sonic and his friends back in the past but he couldn't visit them all the time due having to protect the future. Silver was flying back to the city from a chao garden Silver always loved chao they were so cute and fun to play with silver saw the city in the distance and was shocked to see that it was in ruins he rushed over to help a few civilians who were injured.

"you...sir sir" A little girl called out to Sliver, Silver rushed over to her quickly she led him to her father who was badly injured "Are you ok sir Do you want me to carry you to the medical center" Silver asked attending to the wounded man "no no...I need you to get this object from Angle Island" The man was hacking and coughing "I need you to get it before this date ok?" The man handed Silver a map that had a temple circled on it and a picture of an object that looked stoney and had a weird symbol on it silver noded the time and it said that he'd have to get the stone by July 15th, 2023 or else the future couldn't be saved silver immediately created a portal to the past to go to angel island so he can find the object and help restore the future again.

Silver would usually be excited to go back to the past and spend time with his friends but this time was different Silver had to rush he had to be back in the future at a certain time or else he'd lose everything. Silver hurriedly made his way to Angel Island to find this object the man was talking about Siver made his on to the Island and then quickly scanned the map he had to see where the thing was.

"Ok um this should be easy find a stupid-..wait no find a very important object then save the future for the billionth time" *Silver says with a sigh putting his hands on his hips and looking around to familiarize himself with his surroundings. Silver was right this would be a piece of cake....if only the grey hedgehog knew his way around this island. Silver groaned in frustration knowing that he didn't know his way around He'd ask Knuckles but he didn't know where the Master Emerald shrine was Silver was even more frustrated. "Ok ok, i got this there must be signs or something.....but ugh why the heck would there be signs Knuckles doesn't want anyone up here UGH" Silver crossed his arms in frustration and annoyance tapping his foot on the ground "Be positive Silver ill just walk around and see if I find anything," Silver says trying to be his usual optimistic self so SIlver put the map in his boot and started walking and wander around the island looking for anything really that could give him clues to find that object. Silver wondered around Angel Island he found some cool things like plants and flowers he'd never seen before it only took an hour to realize Silver was going in circles. Once Silver noticed this he groaned in annoyance and plopped himself on the glass looking up at the sky annoyed. Silver was at lest hoping he'd run into a chao garden or something but apparently the universe had to make this hard on silver.

Sliver looked up at the afternoon sky laying on the grass with a annoyed and pouty look he had his arms crossed. Eventually Silver did get bored and started to doze off on the grass. Once Silver was at the brink of sleeping his eyes were almost shutting and Silver was about to pass out he was suddenly awakened.

"Hey!" A voice said Silver groaned and turned to lay in his side he was to sleepy to wake up even though he didn't even fall asleep. "Silver im talking to you!" The voice said slightly annoyed giving Silver a nudge with their shoe on Silvers back. "Whaaat" Silver whines sitting up and rubbing his eyes he looks up to the person that was talking to him Silver squinted his eyes trying to wake up and identify who was talking to him it was a red echidna Silver immediately perked up and stood up "Knuckles!" Silver exclaimed happily wrapping his arms around Knuckles neck. Knuckles took a moment to process this and then shook his head "Hey hey!" Knuckles says as he pushed Silver off him "sorry" Silver said with a sheepish and excited expression Knuckles just rolled his eyes. "What are you doing on my island" Knuckles says sternly crossing his arms with a unamused look "oh yeah I was sent here on a mission-...nah it wasn't like a mission I came here myself I wasn't even sent here" Silver chuckled "But like this guy said there was a object thingy on this island and i kinda have to like get it to save the future you know me always saving the future!" Silver rambles in a upbeat tone. Knuckles just stood there with his arms crossed his brow slightly raises and a unamused look.

"That's stupid" Knuckles says bluntly not believing what Silver said Knuckles just found what silver said ridiculous Knuckles knew Silver sometimes had to save the future it's just this reasoning's just sounded like an excuse to why he was on his island. Sliver frowned and put his hands on his hips impatiently tapping his foot. "No I'm being serious look!" Sliver said taking out the map from his boot handing it to Knuckles whom rolled his eyes and took the map and examined it. Knuckles eyes widened slightly, "Oh....I've seen something like this somewhere I just can't remember where" Knuckles said with a curious and determined look in his eyes. "You have!" Silver perked up "Yeah..." Knuckles shrugs "Where Where!" Sliver asked excitedly jumping up and down.........
