Nabi's POV

Shit, shit, shit, why did I sleep with Hyunjin? I'm like 5 minutes late to answer the door... whichever cousin is here will surely know something is off!

I ran down the stairs (skipping the last three) and tushed the front door. I took a deep breath before opening the door, only to see...

Not the cousin I expected. And a girl.

"Mark!" I exclaimed, rushing over and hugging him. "I haven't seen you since you went to Canada for high school!"

The tall blonde boy laughed and hugged me back. "I missed you, too, Bee. I dropped by earlier today to drop off the peaches, but you weren't here." We broke the hug and he raised an eyebrow at me. "Where were you?"

I chuckled awkwardly. "Oh, uh, just getting the milk! I'm a growing girl, haha! I need my daily dose of calcium!"

Mark looked at me and laughed again. "If you say so." I inspected the girl next to him. She had blonde hair that was dyed pale blue at the tips. In her blue crop top and mini-skirt, she looked a lot like a princess. Mark must've noticed me looking at her, so he explained, "This is my girlfriend, Lia. I met her in high school."

"In Canada?"

Mark laughed again. How does he laugh so often? I wondered. "Yes, form Canada," he told me.

I grinned at the girl. "Hey. I'm Bae Nabi, Mark's second younger cousin or something," I greeted.

She smiled back at me (damn, Mark's dating a cute one) and she replied with the same level of excitement, "I'm technically Choi Jisu, but call me Lia. I'm Mark's girlfriend or something."

Mark looked at her in shock as the two of us erupter into laughter. "Or something?!" He asked, incredulous. She smirked at him and bumped his hip with hers.

"I'm kidding, of course," she smiled at him before quickly kissing his cheek (like I had to Hyunjin earlier...) before looking back at me. "I can tell we're going to be great friends."

I winked at her. "You know it!"

Realizing that they had been standing at my doorway for a while, I cleared my throat before stepping aside. "Come in, I'm sorry, I've been kinda rude—" They didn't pay any attention to what I said as they walked in with their bags, taking in the house around them.

"So, uh, this is the kitchen and the dining room is down that hall. If you ever need the bathroom, there's one connected to every door. Bedrooms are upstairs, but, um... we only planned for one guest, so is it okay if you to sleep together?" I said really fast, hoping they understood it. I really wanted to call Hyunjin and see if he made it home alright.

Mark laughed again. "Don't worry, we've done much more than just sleep together, Bee," he told me with a smirk, and Lia's eyes widened as she blushed.

"TMI TMI TMI!" I yelled at him, covering my ears. "PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME THAT STUFF!"

"Fine, fine," he said. "Yeah, we'll sleep upstairs. The guest room, right?" When I nodded, he continued, "Alright, then. You go do your teenager-y stuff. We'll settle in, if that's okay with you?"

I nodded. "Of course. My room is next to yours, so let me know if you need anything!"

They smiled at me and left me alone in the kitchen, but not before Lia whispered, "We'll have girl time later," with a smile.

Finally. I'm alone.

I pulled out my phone and tapped on my pinned contact. Hyunjin.
