"Well, is she pretty?" You asked your sister, Meredith, as you removed the milk from the fridge.
You looked at her, and she just gave you a 'shut up' look.
Izzie, your roommate and friend, had gotten a few details about it the night prior, and it turned out that your sister's boyfriend, Derek Shepherd, or McDreamy as some called him, was married to another woman who told Meredith who she was face to face.
"Maybe I should come along today?" You requested, trying to convince your sister with your cheery smile.
"No," Meredith said sternly without hesitation.
You just rolled your eyes and tutted at her lack of humour. "It wasn't my fault you ended up being in a threesome," you remarked before pouring the milk into your cereal.
Meredith huffed before exiting the kitchen island and descending to her bedroom to get ready for work.
"Uh, yn. Maybe you should go a little easier on her today" George kindly suggested.
"Look, O'Malley. Growing up with brothers and growing up with sisters are totally different things" you informed, dragging the 'oh' sound in 'totally', "Trust me, I know what I'm doing, which is why I'm coming to the hospital with you lot" you gave O'Malley a wink before taking a large spoon full of cereal, followed by a drip of milk escaping at the side of your mouth as you smiled from ear to ear.
Your favourite bar guy, Joe, collapsed the night before and you wanted to see if he was okay, so you convinced Meredith to let you come to the hospital, unknown to the fact you were planning to sus out this wife of McDreamy's.

"Then George swung for Alex, like full on. You should see his eye, it's like he blended up a load of fruits and painted it on his face" You dramatically performed a show for Dr Richard Webber. He had surgery so you were trying to cheer him up by reenacting the moment George punched Alex for giving him syphilis which happened the night prior.
Richard had a fake smile on his face, not wanting to ruin your performance, you could tell he was worried for his hospital, being the chief of surgery and all.
"But you know, it'll probably blow over in a few days, yeah" You awkwardly brushed off the incident, trying to convince him it was fine and it'll be old news in a few days. You lied though, you were never going to let Alex live that down and you'd praise George forever and after.
