Adrien's POV
I stared at myself in the glass window after my patrol with m'lady. For some reason, my love for her was not as strong as I first met her; sure, she was still the pretty, smart and kind Ladybug I know, but I just don't feel as in love with her anymore...
"Maybe I'm just not used to being rejected all the time..." I murmured to myself, as I jumped from one roof to another, finally arriving home.
"Plagg, claws in!"
Plagg flew out of my ring and landed on my palm, while I rummaged through my jacket to find a piece of camembert cheese.
"Here you go Plagg! It's been a long day..." I sighed, and laid down on my comfy bed. The ceiling looked as blank as ever, like my mind.
"Awww Adrien... what's wrong...?"
"I don't know Plagg... it's just... it's just..."
I don't know what to say; why would Plagg understand? He's all for the cheese...
"Ya know, sometimes all you need is someone who's willing to listen; in that case, that someone would be-"
"MARINETTE! That's it! Thank you Plagg! Claws out!"
I transformed and headed towards Marinette's house, hoping she hadn't gone to bed yet.
