"I'm not sure about the first question," Tom said, "And why do you need my opinion about pineapple on pizza?"
Tom then looked around in the pretty empty hospital room, confused.
"Besides, who are you? Where are you even? Are you invisible or something?"
He couldn't see whoever the voice belonged to, which confused him even more.
(Poor Tom, he has no idea what's happening right now. Anyways- I hereby give you permission to confuse- I mean communicate with him more-)
