FIVE

Jay checks himself out in the mirror for the fifteenth? Twentieth time? He couldn't count but what he could count were the minutes he had left before he was meant to meet up with Sunghoon.

His heart bounced in his chest as he checked off everything in his notes app. Everything was cleared except for one thing.

"How the fuck did I forget reminding him about our plans?" Jay nearly shouts, scrambling to get his phone out he texted Sunghoon in a hurry.

He knew Sunghoon was forgetful, so he always reminded him and made notes for him and Sunghoon so that the other doesn't forget. Somehow Jay was the one who forgot this time.

Changing his mind he calls the younger who luckily picks up almost instantly, almost as if he was waiting for Jay to call.

"Hey." Jay says, his tone was flat but Sunghoon could tell he was just unsure on how to start the conversation. Laughing lightly Sunghoon playfully responded.

"Hi my lovely Jongseong~ missed me already?"

Sunghoon's voice brought the zoo inside of Jays tummy to life, feeling his cheeks heat up and his heart face at the sound of his laugh. Jay couldn't help grow addicted to the feelings Sunghoon gave him, he never felt so happy and alive. 

"Yeah. I did actually."

Sunghoon laughs again, this time it was more soft. Almost like he was melting, it was endearing to say the least. "You remember to pick me up yeah? You said you were paying and spoiling me today righttttt?"

Jay sighs playfully. "Yes?" Sunghoon's voice chirps through the phone, his cheeky grin could almost be heard through his words. "Which means that I want you to pick me up now! I want my taxi to come over asap!"

Jay laughs as he's being ordered around despite already getting everything he needs, picking up his car keys he makes his way to his car.

"Already on it love. I'll be there shortly."

[TIME SKIP CAUSE IM LAZY]

After Sunghoon and Jay arrived down the street Sunghoon immediately starts dragging Jay along to every store he wants to go in, forcing a completely compliant man into his chaos aka his shopping addiction.

"Jay which one would look better on me?"

Sunghoon asks as he holds up two shirts. Jay can't lie and say that one looks better than the other cause let's be honest, anything looked great on Sunghoon.

Still he has to make a decision and chose a top that Sunghoon doesn't have ten more of. "You have no tops like this one and I personally think it makes your body look more muscular, it shows em off yknow?"

Sunghoon stares at his options for a while before coming to a conclusion. "You're right Jay. I wanna look like big, buff, strong man." He jokes, putting on the top in the changing room he comes back out to show off the piece, looking in the mirror he giggles.

"What? It looks great!" Jay reasoned but Sunghoon kept laughing. "Jay i look buff in the pretty princess way!"

"That's the best way in my opinion."

"Jongseong!" Sunghoon whines as he watches Jay cackle. He waddles off into the changing room and goes back into his original shirt before coming back out where Jay asks if he ready to go. Sunghoon nods but he throws the top Jay picked away, leaving the store empty handed.

They waddle from store to store, getting pieces here and there before they end up at a jewellery shop. Jay, being a jewellery fanatic was almost foaming at the mouth at some of the pieces he saw. One piece of jewellery caught his eye however.

Sunghoon waddles over to what Jay's looking at and his eyes almost pop out his head. "Jay that's $120!!"

"But it's pretty."

Sunghoon looks at Jay wide eyed. "Yeah. Pretty expensive!"

Jay looks over to Sunghoon where he asks him about the ring. "But it's pretty though you gotta admit." To which Sunghoon nods and sighs.

"If only it wasn't so expensive. We could of had matching ones Jongseong!"

Jay wished he wasn't blushing as hard as he was at the moment, his voice cracking as he moves over to another item of jewellery, kinda failing at being calm and chill after what Sunghoon just said to him.

Sunghoon could only laugh fondly as he watched Jay's reaction. 'God he's adorable' he thought as he then followed Jay to look at some necklaces.

Hopefully he could leave the store with a matching necklace with Jay. Maybe even those rings if he had the money. Sunghoon stared lovingly as Jay showed him a necklace he really liked. Secretly getting the same one he waited until Jay was distracted so he could buy it for him, putting the same necklace with it also.

Jay sees Sunghoon with a bag already and wonders what he got. "What'd you buy?"

Sunghoon smiles and shows Jay their matching necklaces which both had a hand picked charm by Sunghoon. Both necklaces had Jay's and Sunghoon's initials on them.

"Why'd you get the one I liked you didn't have to." Jay says as he desperately tries to cover up the fact that he's absolutely over the moon about what he received.

Handing over Jay's necklace Sunghoon looks into his eyes, seeing the entire galaxy in them, smiling he gently holds Jay's hand.

"I just wanted to spoil you darling. You deserve some loving too for doing all this for me." Sunghoon says softly before kissing Jay's hand softly.

Yep. Jay was a goner.
