(n.) things better left unsaid; matters to be passed over in silence
I'm in my parents mauri as the sun was going down. I weaving a blanket for my baby sister before I see neteyam, Lo'ak, aonung, and tsireya enter the mauri with my parents and theirs.
"You allowed this, You allowed him to bond with the outcast?" "Tsireya, you disappoint me daughter" I look around confused before later in the conversation finding out that Lo'ak bonded with payakan.
"Sit down!" My father yells. I never seen him so...angry. My gaze fell on my sister. I wanted to hug her, tell her it's ok, but I couldn't. Soon after, Jake pulls Lo'ak away from the Mauri to talk somewhere. I see aonung look at me as I calmly regain my thoughts, and continue to work on weaving the blanket in silence.
This is a filler chapter btw but I will update again tomorrow because I am doing my hair right now :)
