A Match made in Hell (Remor x Morgo) [Book 3]

Morgo acts a bit strange

At Obscura:-

Remor was just walking around the garden, where his fellow kamalas were walking with him, and accompaning him.

Soon, Remor thought, maybe he can visit Morgo now, since he has already finished all his duties for today.
So, he ordered his Kamalas to leave him alone now, and go to their respective works.

After that, Remor went to his room and wore Morgo's special necklace and quickly summoned the portal to go to the Beyond.

At the Beyond:-

After coming out of the portal, Remor noticed something strange about Morgo's Mansion.

All of his crows and ravens were sitting quietly and only staring at the ground. The sky was also covered in dark black clouds, but it didn't seemed to rain at all.

"What happened to these crows?"
"I hope they are alright. "
Remor thought as he slowly approached the door to knock on it.

After 2 mins, Morgo opened the doors and smiled on seeing Remor.
But Remor noticed something off about him.

"Hey Remor..."
"It's nice to see you again, Luna was missing you a lot. So, I think you should go and see her."
"I will talk to you soon...."
"Just go and talk with her for now...."
Morgo said after welcoming Remor and going back to sit on his throne.

Remor was getting a bit worried about Morgo, and thus before going to Luna's bedroom, he asked,

"Morgo, are you feeling okay?"

Morgo strangely just stared at the ground, almost like he couldn't hear Remor. Suddenly he got a bit startled upon seeing 1 of his crows flew past him and said,
"I-I am fine Remor... don't worry..."

"Why is Morgo acting so strange today?"
"He doesn't usually act like this."
Remor thought anxiously as went to see Luna in her bedroom.

At Luna's bedroom:-

Remor played and talked with Luna, when suddenly Luna asked him,

"Mommy, do you know why daddy is acting so strange today?"

"It's almost like he is lost in thought about something for the whole time."

Remor had a worried expression on his face, when he heard what his daughter said to him.

"I think he is thinking about some important matters, that's all."
"I think he is fine, don't worry I will talk to him about this."
Remor said trying to make Luna not worry about Morgo much.

After 30 mins:-

Remor went downstairs to find Morgo, when suddenly he saw outside the windows, there was a slight red tint in the sky.

"Is it already dusk time?"
"But it was only 2pm when I got here."
"What's happening today?"
"I am getting anxious very much."
Remor thought as he tried to find Morgo.

Suddenly he saw Morgo standing at the veranda holding a crow in his hands and petting it. He was looking at the red tinted sky with a worried expression.

"Umm Morgo?"
Remor asked trying to get Morgo's attention.

"Oh hey Remor, I am sorry if I couldn't talk to you earlier..."
"I have been... a bit busy today."
"Come on, let's go to my room, I will tell you why I was busy."
Morgo said as he took Remor's hand and walked to his room. The crow he was petting earlier, didn't flew away and stayed on his antlers while he walked to his room.

Remor was getting very worried for Morgo. Still he decided to remain quite and listen to what he has to say.

At Morgo's room:-
