Hey, so this isn't a chapter, obviously, I'm just gonna explain a few things that are gonna be coming up in the next part of this story.
1. Gale and Y/n are not going to be an item.
So I had kinda insinuated that Y/n had feelings for Gale in the beginning of this book, and I'm not taking that back. She HAD feelings for Gale, but I'm going to make this a solely Y/n x Peeta story now.
2. I'm probably going to change Y/n's weapon from a knife to a bow and arrow for Catching Fire.
You know when Katniss shoots her arrow into the dome to explode the arena? Tell me how Y/n could do that with a knife...
She couldn't.
Soooo, I think I'll make it so that Katniss started teaching Y/n how to shoot and then she got really good at it. I do not, and I repeat DO NOT, want to make Y/n just like Katniss, but I think it would make writing the rest of this story so much easier and it would make a lot more sense.
3. Peeta and Y/n's relationship will look different from Katniss and Peeta's in the original Hunger Games.
That's it really. It's not going to be the same. The way Katniss felt about Peeta in the original Hunger Games, all that confusion, not gonna happen with Y/n. It'll be different for her because she is not Katniss.

This is how I imagine Peeta for this story. The curly hair is ON POINT. He's still Josh Hutcherson, but just with more Peeta.
Also, Peeta is taller than Y/n in this story.
I love a short king, but my mind is made up.
