Leo's pov

I looked at the other signs, dressed in their suits I had just bought as I started the bus, driving into the darkness, closer to the Whitehouse. Was this really a good idea...? I was scared. And nervous. What happens if one of them gets hurt or arrested? We were all going to be doomed. Now all of us would make it alive, or out together...

"Hey guys, I was reading something online, and it was about us!" Capricorn said.

"Really?" Sag asked from next to me.

"Yeah, we were like, chosen for something, by the gods, of our ruling planets. But, we have a replacement group, just in case we fail whatever we were supposed to do.." Capricorn told us, fixing his glasses.

"Cool! Who are all the gods or goddesses?" Cancer asked,

"Well, Leo's is a goddess named Sol. She's the sun goddess. Sagittarius's goddess is Faith, Jupiters goddess. Pisces God is Distance, of Neptune. Virgo and Gemini share a goddess named Silver, and she's from mercury. Scorpios goddess is Hydra, from the planet Pluto. Cancers, your God is from the moon, and his name is Craters. Libra, Taurus, your goddess is named Clockwise, from Venus. Aqua, your goddess is from Uranus, and her name is Titania. My God is named Ringlet. From Saturn. And Aries' God is named Vermillion, and he's from Mars." Capricorn stated, brushing his black hair away from his eyes.

"Do they mean anything to us? Like, I don't know." Pisces asked.

"Yes! It states that they watch over and try to guide us through our life. If we fail whatever we are supposed to do, they have a set of backups already waiting, probably having adventures of their own." Capricorn sighed.

"That's crazy, we're better!" Taurus cried happily.

"Settle down. We're here." I told them, fixing my suit. I parked the bus a little while back from the Whitehouse, just in case. We all walked, single file. Surprisingly everybody was behaving. The only person who looked off was Aries. The scars on her face made her look like a convincing agent. We arrived behind a group of other agents, they unlocked gates for us with their passes. I could have swore I saw Taurus and Gemini grab something from the agents as they passed.

We walked in, looking around.

"Where's the office with votes? How do we even change them?" Taurus asked.

"Shhh!" Scorpio growled, kicking taurus ankle.

"I'm not sure. They might not even have it here." Virgo said, and Scorpio rolled his eyes.

We all wandered, peaking our heads into different doors until we found one. It had boxes and boxes filled with the paper votes.

"Wait, some of us should find the former president while he lives here." Aqua said.

"I disagree. We need to stick together, in case anything happens..." Aries argued, stepping her first foot into the doorway, all the signs following close behind.

"Guys.." Sagittarius started, her eyes looked misty.

"What's wrong?" I asked, and the signs shut the door, turning to face Sagittarius.

"What happens when we do this...? What if we don't make it, or what if we do? We'll all be fugitives!" She stated.

"Some of us already are, stupid." Libra remarked, and Aqua stomped his foot.

"Ow! Jeez!" He spat.

"Focus, guys..." Capricorn said, and started to dig through the boxes, sorting them by name. The one we needed to win, had only a few hundred by the time we had all worked together to sort the papers.
