SCP-049, The Plague Doctor

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-049 is contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in Research Sector-02 at Site-19. SCP-049 must be sedated before any attempts to transport her. During transport, SCP-049 must be secured within a Class III Humanoid Restriction Harness (including a locking collar and extension restraints) and monitored by no fewer than two armed guards. During satisfaction hours SCP-049 will be too preoccupied with the D-Class Asset to consider anything else around her, therefore any and all personnel assigned to SCP-049 will be allowed free time to do as they please until satisfaction hours have ended.

While SCP-049 is generally cooperative with most Foundation personnel, outbursts or sudden changes in behaviour are to be met with elevated force, this usually will only require a D-Class asset sent to pleasure SCP-049 as these outbursts are usually caused by poor sexual affection aimed towards her. Under no circumstances should any personnel above D-Class come into direct contact with SCP-049 during these outbursts. In the event SCP-049 becomes aggressive, however the application of lavender (L. multifida) has been shown to produce a temporary calming effect on the entity when the D-Class Asset is either delayed or unavailable. Once calmed, SCP-049 generally becomes compliant, and will return to containment with little resistance.

In order to facilitate the ongoing containment of SCP-049, the entity is to be provided with the corpse of a recently deceased animal (typically a bovine or other large mammal) once every two weeks for study. Corpses that become instances of SCP-049-2 are to be removed from SCP-049's containment cell and incinerated. SCP-049 is no longer permitted to interact with deceased human subjects, and requests for human subjects are to be denied. If SCP-049 specifies for a specific D-Class asset, this request is to be met and reported immediately. If the D-Class Asset has died due to any reason, Personnel are to lie and say that they were relocated to a new facility. SCP-049 will then enter a depressed state, however if told that the D-Class asset has died SCP-049 will enter an enraged state and attempt to breach containment, at which point she is to be tranquilized and Recontained before being given Class A Amnestics. So far there have been [REDACTED] total attempted breaches.

Description: SCP-049 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.9 meters in height, which bears the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. While SCP-049 appears to be wearing the thick robes and the ceramic mask indicative of that profession, the garments instead seem to have grown out of SCP-049's body over time and are now nearly indistinguishable from whatever form is beneath them. Despite this, SCP-049 is in fact capable of removing these garments when in a state of sexual desire. Strangely, it is not possible for anyone else besides SCP-049 to remove the robes without causing harm to the entity. However, the Mask SCP-049 wears is not removable and appears grafted to her face. X-rays indicate that despite this, SCP-049 does have a humanoid skeletal structure beneath its outer layer. When the Robes are removed SCP-049ms body is revealed to look quite human, though her skin is incredibly pale due to a lack of sunlight, she appears to have D-Cup breasts and a waistline of about 15 inches across. She also appears to have long black hair and blue eyes. Her buttocks appears to pop out at about 2 inches, but that is all worth mentioning.

SCP-049 is capable of speech in a variety of languages, though tends to prefer English or medieval French. While SCP-049 is generally cordial and cooperative with Foundation staff, she can become especially irritated or at times outright aggressive if she feels that she is in the presence of what she calls the "Pestilence," however, in the presence of a D-Class Asset, SCP-049 will place a focus on them especially when she is in a deaireable mood. In the presence of a D-Class that has bonded well with SCP-049 will exhibit several different traits. She will become entirely focused on this D-Class and ignore anything else in the area, she will also become incredibly aroused and overprotective of said D-Class. Due to this, allowing SCP-049 to bond with a D-Class Asset whenever necessary. Returning to this "pestilence", Although the exact nature of this Pestilence is currently unknown to Foundation researchers, it does seem to be an issue of immense concern to SCP-049. However, strangely enough, if a D-Class Asset has bonded with SCP-049 that she regarded as afflicted with the Pestilence, she will not notice that it is the same person and take on a more matron-like role towards her partner. It is not known if she actively being ignorant of this fact or not, though it is believed this is an attempt to not worry her partner in any way.

SCP-049 will become hostile with individuals she sees as being affected by the Pestilence, except those she's bonded with of course, often having to be restrained should she encounter such. If left unchecked, SCP-049 will generally attempt to kill any such individual; SCP-049 is capable of causing all biological functions of an organism to cease through direct skin contact. How this occurs is currently unknown, and autopsies of SCP-049's victims have invariably been inconclusive. Interestingly, SCP-049 can also use this method to make Libido in a person Skyrocket, though this has only been noted to occur during Satisfaction hours. When it happens, the D-Class Assets have reported feelings of intense desire and a painful erection towards SCP-049. This effect becomes even more powerful the longer SCP-049 is touching the D-Class Asset. During this, SCP-049 will start whispering into the D-Class Asset's ear to try and further arouse them. At some point, the D-Class Asset will jump onto SCP-049 and quite literally tear their clothes apart before having rough sex with SCP-049. If SCP-049-2 entities are present, they will assist in the initial teasing and join in after the D-Class Asset has reached his first Climax inside of SCP-049. SCP-049 has expressed frustration or remorse after killings caused by herself, indicating that she has done little to kill "The Pestilence", though will usually seek to then perform a crude surgery on the corpse using the implements contained within a black doctor's bag it carries on its person at all times. While these surgeries are not always "successful", they often result in the creation of instances of SCP-049-2.

SCP-049-2 instances are reanimated corpses that have been operated on by SCP-049. These instances do not seem to retain any of their prior memories or mental functions, having only basic motor skills and response mechanisms when outside of SCP-049's satisfaction hours. While these instances are generally inactive, moving very little and in a generally ambulatory fashion, they can become extremely aggressive if provoked, or if directed to by SCP-049. But when I'm the presence of a bonded D-Class Asset they will act like bodyguards for them and even attempt to drag the D-Class Asset away to a secluded area for sexual activities. SCP-049-2 instances express active biological functions, though these are vastly different from currently understood human physiology, however their sexual functions remain perfectly intact. The main difference between instances of SCP-049-2 are based upon the starting material. Animals will take on Anthropomorphic traits, breast size and waist size varies however sometimes she will tailor their form to a bonded D-Class Asset's preferences, which she will know somehow even if she never asks them. It is not known how, but SCP-049 appears capable of giving organic material to a corpse to reach her desired outcome, samples have revealed, however, that this material is from previous subjects. Despite these alterations, SCP-049 often remarks that the subjects have been "cured".
