𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧

"In every other universe, Gwen Stacy falls for Spider-Man. And in every other universe....it doesn't end well. If you hadn't been there, your Peter Parker would have lived. You're a mistake. Being Spider-Man is a sacrifice. The hardest thing about this job is that you can't save everybody. That spider that bit you wasn't from your dimension. It was never supposed to bite you. You're not supposed to be Spider-Man. You don't belong here. You never did."

Those quotes ran through Miles' mind like crazy. When he was chained up across the punching bag. Fighting against his dead uncle & version of himself from Earth 42. Eventually meeting up with Gwen & the Spider Band. His round 2 fight against Miguel & the Spider Society. And the final confrontation against the Spot. For a 15 year old, the boy needed some serious therapy.

Those 2 days of Mile's life were arguably the toughest days of his life. Went from excited seeing his best friend / crush Gwen Stacy to fighting against her boss and him telling you cannot save your father. But luckily for Miles, he proved them all wrong. He did what the others thought was impossible. He was able to save his father and defeat the spot, without having his universe destroyed in the process. But this wasn't without the help of Gwen & the Spider Band. Making Miguel realize his theory about 'canon events' wasn't true at all.

Most of the Spider heroes realized their wrongdoings and apologized to Miles, including Jess. She also apologized to Gwen, her former protege, and promised her she planned on rebuilding their bond. Before leaving, Miguel, everybody of the Spider band their own multiversal watch, whether they wanted to join / rejoin. Most declined at the moment, telling him they'll think about it. While everybody left but the Spider Band. They had a lot to talk about. But decided they can plan on doing it another day. With everybody going back to their respective dimensions, leaving Gwen and Miles to talk.

"You know Gwen," Miles said as he began to itch the back of his head "We have a lot, to talk about." He spoke in a confident tone. They hadn't really had 'the talk' about everything that was going on recently. They briefly mentioned it until Miguel and his lil society came around looking for trouble. Gwen nodded her head agreeing with her. Deep down, she was dreading this conversation. It was terrifying to her considering he may truly cut her off. Never wanting to talk to her again. Let alone date her. "Where to Spider-Man?" She asked as she tilted her head. "I suppose the Williamsburg Bank is a good place?"

Looking back at it, that bank did hold quite some bad memories with Gwen. Especially the whole 'In every other universe, Gwen Stacy falls for Spider-Man. And in every other universe....it doesn't end well.' "If I could go back in time and change one thing, that would definitely be top 3 on my list." Gwen repeated to herself before eventually realizing she forgot to respond to Miles. Quickly trying to find some words. "Yeah that works perfectly! Lead the way Spider-Man." She said using her motioning her hands leading Spider-Man infront of her. Pressing down onto his web shooters Miles began to quickly swing towards the bank, with Gwen following shortly behind.
