Job Junior Associate
Personality She is rather intelligent and is very much the academic type. She isn't shy and will be brutally honest about what she thinks, not having much in the way of a filter as far as her thoughts go. Occasionally she can be stubborn, especially when she knows that she is right when arguing. She won't back down just to make someone else feel comfortable. She tends to come off as being cold since she doesn't really have much in the way of a social life. She warms up to people once they get beyond her icy exterior. She prioritizes her work over pretty much everything so having a personal life is very far down on her to do list.
Backstory She comes from a long line of lawyers on both sides of her family. Her father is originally from Sweden, but moved to America before college where he met her mother when they attended school together. They fell in love and married and then Kara came about a year or so afterwards. Her father actually has his own law firm, but Kara decided to work at Pearson Hardman in order to escape the idea that nepotism was the reason she had earned her job. She graduated summa cum laude from Harvard Law and wanted that to be what got her her job, not her last name being on the company stationary.
