He is basically a golden retriever in human form. He is very kind and eager to help people and often puts the needs of others above his own. He isn't the most confident of people because of how he was raised, but he makes up for that with an abundance of enthusiasm. He falls in love quickly and devotes himself to whomever he is with. He has a hard time believing that he is worthy of the love and attention of another, but it is something that he is working on. He masks his low self esteem by flirting relentlessly with pretty much anyone who crosses his path.
He is actually quite intelligent even though he doesn't show that side of him all that often. He is well educated since he was a member of the Ton prior to his death. Mostly he uses what he learned in order to impress his future bedmates. He is fiercely loyal to those he considers his friends and only gives second chances to those he feels are deserving of it. He is always trying to be the best version of himself and make up for his shortcomings and misdeeds.
Appearance
He is quite tall, standing at 6'2" and is very muscular. He has curly blond hair that is long on the top and short on the sides and he has ocean blue eyes. He also has a small birthmark above his right eye and eyebrow. His face claim is Oliver Stark.
History/Death
His story is much the same as anyone that grew up as a son of the upper class during the Regency era. He had an older brother that died when Benedict was a small child and he took up the mantle as the heir apparent when he was only an infant. His father was obsessed with Ben being the perfect heir and constantly compared him to the son that he replaced. Eventually he got tired of trying to be the perfect son and devoted himself solely to the pursuit of being a rake with a capital R. After he graduated from Oxford he came back to London to work his way through the actresses and artists of the city as well as some of the married ladies of the Ton. That is actually is what led to his death, an honor duel between him and the husband of one of his paramours. He, being the gentleman that he was aimed his pistol to the sky, but his opponent aimed for Ben's heart instead and killed him instantly. He would have become a duke if he hadn't been killed.
