"Milani girl you gotta come to this trip it's our senior year we gotta do everything, plus you already gave the money for you plane ticket" Drea said over the phone, I internally groan.
"I don't want to Drea."
"I personally don't give a fuck what you want to do, you're going," She says and without another word she hangs up on me, I gasp dramaticallly. She did not.
But she did.
I call back and she picks up on the last ring, "Bitch what?" She laughs.
"Don't you ever hang up on me again," I tell her, "What you think this is?"
"You know you've been getting blacker," I furrow my brows holding my arm up to my face.
"What you mean?"
"Like you've been speaking more like a black person recently," She says, ohhh.
"Real?" I ask putting my hair up in a messy bun and leaving a few strands out, I put on a grey sweatpants with a white long sleeved crop top.
"Aren't you going to meet Devon?"
"Don't say it like that we're working on a project."
"Bitch what happened the last time y'all did that?" Drea raises a brow waiting for me to answer, "Oh exactly."
"Well I'm not gonna dress up for someone who's not worth it," I tell her.
"Mhm, I'm pulling up to your gate right now," I nod hearing her speak to the security guard Jakob.
