FALLING IN LOVE, NEVER SCARED HER ANYMORE…..

Dressed in her loose chikankari sky blue kurta and a white flared palazzo, she completed braiding her hair. She was getting discharged, and Arjun offered to drop her home.

"Are you done", he asks coming inside the room with a few hospital files,

"Arjun, what about the bills?"Ahaana asked approaching him, Geetha Devi was at home and from yesterday onwards it was Arjun who did everything.

"What bills?", Arjun asked ignoring her,

"Arjun, my hospital bills. I'll have employment benefits, give it to me I'll take of it", Ahaana said,

"It's already taken care of", Arjun said, dragging her towards the bed,

"What? What do you mean by that?",

"Ahaana, I don't know about your employment benefits. But it was a day's bill, so it's taken care of. I was in your health care will, which means I have the right to pay the bills. So shut it, pumpkin", Arjun said

"What? What did you just call me?" Ahaana asked flustered, his first nickname for her.

"Pumpkin", he said before leaning down on her.

"Do you remember what all you were talking about yesterday?" Arjun asked her slyly. Yesterday was his favourite day with her. With her in his lap, in his arms, slightly hit by the heavy dose of her IVs and medications Arjun enjoyed her bickering, talks and straightforwardness, which in light, on her sober self, she would never do.

"What did I do?" She asked. She was shy suddenly,

Arjun held his arms over the bed on both sides, hovering over her and leaning towards her a little more with a sly smile on his face. He loved how he was affecting her.

"More like, what did you say?" He said,

"What?", she asked again,

"You love my stubble, but a trimmed one. You love when I am romantic but you think I am not that romantic and want to up my scale, "work better", that's exactly what you said, and hate my less clingy self. You want me to be slightly more clingy" He said, smirking.

She gasped and wiggled herself away

"No way. I don't want you to be clinge. I didn't say that", she huffed,

"Okay, so maybe you said, you want me to be more touchy", he smirked,

"What?. Shameless. You are so shameless", she said, though her cheeks were flaming.
