The city was cloaked in darkness as Tobey, battered and bruised, made his way through the quiet streets. Despite his weary state, he couldn't help but laugh victoriously, recalling the one-sided battle he won against Mr X. But his moment of triumph was short-lived as he suddenly stopped dead in his tracks, sensing a chilling gust of wind sweep over him.
"Sensei... Long time no talk," Tobey spoke coldly, turning around to acknowledge the figure emerging from the shadows. It was BriZ sensei, and he wore a smirk that suggested he knew more than he let on.
While chuckling, BriZ approached his disciple. "Sharp as ever, Tobey," he remarked, his eyes fixed on Tobey's worn expression. "Heard you've been getting your back blown out for 10 days. How you holding up?"
Tobey's glare intensified, and his frustration poured out. "Yeah, I'm on top of the world. Where the hell were you when all that was happening? Some sensei you are."
BriZ seemed unfazed by Tobey's anger, maintaining his sly grin. "Been busy. Found out some crucial info."
Tobey sucked his teeth, ready to walk off dismissively. "Yeah, well, I don't need your help anymore, you lousy—" BriZ interjected before he could finish. "Crucial info about who your family's killer is," he revealed, causing Tobey to freeze in astonishment. "N-Nani?! How?! How did you find this out?!" Tobey stammered, trying to make sense of the unexpected revelation.
BriZ approached Tobey and embraced him with one arm, a mix of affection and arrogance in his tone. "I did some digging and found out he's still in Japan. You're my student, Tobey; I'll always look out for you."
Tobey felt guilt wash over him, realizing he had jumped to conclusions about his sensei. He hugged BriZ back, offering a sincere apology. "I'm sorry for getting angry at you; those backshots really did something to me."
BriZ smirked knowingly, revealing a hint of his true intentions. "Let's go get that killer together, Tobey."A flicker of relief crossed Tobey's eyes, and he nodded gratefully.
"I bet that's what you wanted to hear, Baka!"
Before Tobey could anticipate it, BriZ's demeanor shifted drastically, and he struck Tobey with a sudden, ruthless blow. Tobey grunted and coughed up blood, his body trembling from the pain. He desperately clutched the sword that protruded through his back and chest.
"W-why. Sensei... Why would you...?" Tobey managed to gasp through the excruciating agony.
BriZ stood there, watching coldly as Tobey fell to the ground, bleeding and struggling to breathe. "So naive, just like your baka father," he taunted. "Meet me at the highest peak in Japan, and everything will be revealed there. This is my way of thanking you for making everything so goddamn easy. If you're even a second late, I'll give you're little friends backshots."
Tobey's eyes widened in fear and determination. "I-I won't let you do this!"
But BriZ only laughed sinisterly as he walked away and stepped into a dark portal, disappearing from sight. "See you later, alligator," were his chilling parting words.
Left alone on the ground, bleeding and in pain, Tobey sensed a shadow looming over him, a mysterious presence lurking in the darkness. The fate of his friends, Cunt and Mitzu, hung in the balance as he struggled to gather his strength and prepare for the final confrontation with his enigmatic and treacherous sensei.
