Tobey jumps out the window and dashes to the hospital, be finally get there and ignored the receptionist, he finds Robbie's room and almost breaks the door. When he sees the state that Robbie's in and starts to break down in tears
Tobey: ONI-CHAN!, im- I'm so so sorry. I couldn't save you... I couldn't save mom and dad... I couldn't save Rook-Sama. I wasn't there.. I should've been there I-
Robbie stops him from talking by hugging him
Robbie kisses Tobey on his forehead and uses his last breaths to speak
Robbie: "Avenge us Tobey, grow strong and you better not visit us... Heh"
And just like that, all that's left in the room is a dead body, A crying man and the sound of a monitor flatlining.
Tobey looks up to the ceiling and yells
Tobey: "IS THIS A PUNISHMENT GOD! ILL COME UP THERE AND KICK YOUR ASS MYSELF DAMN IT!"
Tobey yells a war cry and jumps out a 6 story building, not realizing how dumb this is. He here's music start playing as he gets caught by his shirt before he can jump.

Tobey has a multiple flash backs, remembering the words told by Robbie and Rook-Sama. Tobey fixes his hair and has a serious face on
