(Once again, I'm just going to say this these are one shots so they are a different story line each time <3)

berk holds a competition for all the teens in berk this has been going on for four generations now and whoever can do the best at singing will get uh? your talent known, i guess? (IDK I MADE THIS LATE AT NIGHT SO MY BRAIN AI'NT WORKING)

Hiccups Pov: 

I was getting my song choice for my turn i was going to sing a song i wrote myself. i really hope that berk likes it even Tho they probably won't because I'm the useless runt of the village the one with no talents so most people will leave or just not listen to what i sing *sigh* i start to head to the great hall where it is going to be held i will be going last because in the rules the runt goes last and they just made that rule this year so i know it was meant for me and me only.

~After everyone went~ 

people where still cheering for Astrid's performance she sang butterfly. as i walked on stage i could tell there was a change in the atmosphere people were clearly disappointed to see me i heard my dad whisper to spitelout "Hes not going to even get a chance he can't do anything after all" it broke my heart to hear him say that about me put i pushed on and took a deep breath and started to sing.... 

When the days are cold

All of berk was shocked at how well hiccup could sing his voice was nothing that they were used to people started to put in their vote.

Berkains noticed something odd about his eyes they were in slits like a dragon.

The gang were behind the curtains as they watched hiccup sing so well snoutlout noticed he kept looking up at the celling but noticed nothing so just waved it off.

He was the best singer all of berk could agree many whispered about how well he could sing and were shocked he had it in him.

Hiccup Pov: The song was about me and toothless, toothless is a night fury the unholy offspring of lighting and death itself it's a forbidden friendship and no one knows about it but me and toothless. toothless has done so much for me he turned me part night fury he could tell i was the runt just like him so he gave me the power of a night fury i have bat wings and a tail too but i chose not to show it so   i wrote this song in dedication to him he is currently hiding in the shadows on the wood posts above all the Berkins they cheered for me wait? cheered for me... but i thought i would be called a failure. Stoick walked onto stage with the rest of the contestants joining "The winner is on popular vote...... drumroll please HICCUP!" wait i won ??? i took my prize it was of the Berkin crest with a music note on it i won!? i can't believe it i looked up to see toothless give me a gummy smile it made me smile. 

Welp that's another chapter done! these take me around 2 hours or an hour and half to complete and its ten right now so yeah... just wanted to say all of these pictures i show and songs i show are not mine! and also go ahead and request songs for me to do it may take me a while to get to it because i have a few i want to still do of my collection anyway thanks for reading bye my fury's 🦇 (credit to imagine dragons singers of "Demons")
