I keep my face straight while staring at him. The man whom he's walking with, whispers something in his ears and Charles just nods while looking at me in the eye. And after a while, he breaks eye contact and walks inside a clothing store.
I didn't even realize that I'm holding my breath until Lia talked to me.
"Mommy, can you carry me?" She looked at me with her green eyes. I smiled at her and carry her before crossing the street. We arrive at the grocery store. And I only bought the necessary things and some ingredients that are needed for baking since I promised Lia yesterday that we will be baking some cookies today. After paying we went to take a cab since we can't carry all the things that we bought and went home.
"Lia baby, let's go change your clothes okay?" I asked her when I saw her walking to the couch to lie down. After changing our clothes. I went to the kitchen to fix our groceries and to prepare the things that are needed for baking chocolate chip cookies.
"Lia! Let's bake some cookies!" I call her and I hear her giggles while running
"Cookies! Cookies! Cookies! We are baking some cookies! Yehey!!!" She shouted excitedly while twirling.
I laugh at her and pitch her nose. "Yes baby we're going to bake some cookies " After putting the apron on her. I teach her what to put first and let her mix the ingredients.

"Lia is so good at baking. Maybe you can teach Mommy how to bake next time" I told her while laughing She looked at me and laughed holding the cookie "Mommy look! I created some rabbit cookies" "It looks so good mon amour, good job" and I kissed her cheeks.
After putting the cookies inside the oven. I clean the mess that we made. Baking with Lia makes me happy since when we were still at LA I wasn't able to do this with her since I'm working. Maybe moving back here is not that at all even though I just met my ex who turns out to be Lia's father.
