"All right, time to get ready for bed," Sadie announces as the movie ends. Tonight will be the first night Sadie goes to sleep with a full-blown family.
"Okay," Luca answers easily. Sadie's still not sure on how this whole "parenting" thing goes, she's just kind of making it up as she goes. Bella has a little bit more experience, having worked with kids before meeting Sadie. Bella put Giovanni to sleep way before any of the other kids. It's almost 8PM now, so Sadie figures that's a reasonable bedtime. Her kids don't fight her about it either.
"We don't have your rooms set up yet, but this bed should be big enough for you boys," Bella says when she opens the door to one of the guest rooms on the second level.
"And Thea, you can sleep here for tonight, okay?" Sadie opens the bedroom door next to it.
"Yeah," She answers.
"Do you need help getting ready for bed?" Bella asks. The kids all shake their heads shyly, like they really don't know how to answer, "We'll come back in five minutes to tuck you guys in, okay?"
The children smile at the idea and disappear into their rooms. Sadie and Bella walk back to the elevator. Gianna, Sabrina, and Jenna remain at the Estate. Natalia and Robin left earlier in the evening after dinner. Jenna will be leaving at the end of the month to finally go live in the States. The other two will stay as long as it takes to get Sabrina a new mansion built. Dacre has decided she will have a couple acres inside of his village, to keep her closer. She is more than happy with this idea.
"Kiddos heading to bed?" Jenna asks when the two come out of the elevator. Bella nods as she rolls over to the others. She's in a cast and Carlo gave her a little scooter to rest her leg on. Much more efficient, especially with the children around.
"Yeah. Are you guys okay? Do you need anything for your rooms?" Sadie asks.
"We're just fine, Sadie. Thank you," Sabrina answers, "We're probably gonna head to sleep here soon anyways."
"Okay, just... let me know if you need anything," Sadie says. Jenna's phone starts ringing.
"There's my lady, see you in the morning," Jenna says. She stands up and heads outside on the back porch, "Hello, my love."
"Hi!" Emma cheerily answers, "How are you?"
"I'm good. How about you? How's filming?" Jenna asks. Emma sighs.
"Long, but fun. How's everyone?" Emma asks. As soon as Sadie and Bella got through surgery, Jenna called Emma to tell her that everything was okay. Well, not okay, but the girls were rescued and no one died. Jenna cried on the phone when she told Emma.
"Getting better with everyday," She sighs, "I'm just counting down the days I get to be with you."
"I know, baby, I know," she says, "Me too. I know you were a part of that life too, but I am glad that you aren't anymore. I don't know how they do it."
"Yeah... It's better for us this way," Jenna agrees, "But we do have to visit them."
"Oh, absolutely! I have to meet my new nephews and niece!" Emma smiles.
"They are precious. I'm gonna go to bed soon, but you text me, okay?"
"Alright, I will. I love you," Emma replies.
"I love you too. Bye," Jenna ends the call and goes back inside to see Sabrina and Gianna heading up to bed, "Hold the elevator."
Gianna stops the door and Jenna jogs to catch up.
"How's Emma?" Gianna asks.
"She's good. Filming, like always," She answers. They go up to the third level.
