"Bella, can you come here for a second?" Sadie calls. Bella gets up from the couch, leaving her three new kids with Natalia, Robin, Jenna, Sabrina, and Gianna.
"What's up?" Bella asks as she approaches. Sadie keeps the front door open only slightly. The redhead pulls her girlfriend out onto the front stoop, where the baby lies peacefully, "Oh my god!"
Sadie reaches down and picks up the baby, leaving the bullet in the box.
"Someone just left them here?" Bella asks. Sadie looks around.
"I guess. Let's check with Cinna," Sadie states. They walk around the front of the house and go back in through the garage. They go to the security room, "Cinna, we found this baby on the front door. Catch anything on the cameras?"
"I'll look right now," Cinna says, "Vaughn, go for it."
Cinna orders the man who begins scanning the monitors.
"Stop right there," Cinna orders. Vaughn pauses the feed as a cloaked figure appears on screen, "Play it, regular time."
Vaughn hits a button and Cinna, Sadie, and Bella watch as the cloaked figure brings the baby up to the doorstep. They know where the camera is, because they hold up the bullet with a note.
A gift for you, Madame Sink
The cloaked figure then runs off. There's no evidence of someone driving off or even how the person disappears.
"What should we do now, Madame?" Cinna asks. Sadie puts her hand to her forehead and sighs.
"Check my enemies list, see what they've been up to," She orders. She turns to her girlfriend, who holds the baby, "Let's get the little one to Carlo."
"Go check on our kids, I'll take them," Bella says.
"Lyle, go with her," Sadie orders. He takes the baby from her so she can wheel herself down to the infirmary. The kids are calm, still taking in their surroundings.
"Where'd you go?" Sabrina asks. Sadie motions for her to walk toward her, away from the others.
"We found a baby on the porch."
Sabrina's eyes widen and her jaw drops, "A baby?!?"
"Shhh!"
"A baby? From who? From where?" Sabrina whispers. Sadie shrugs.
"Someone in a black cloak just left it there. Bella's taking the baby to Carlo right now. This day could not get any weirder," Sadie sighs, feeling overwhelmed by everything that's happened in the last two weeks.
"Speaking of weird, are these kids staying?" Sabrina asks.
"Yes, actually, we're adopting them. They have no living relatives," The mafia boss explains.
"That makes more sense. Matteo was saying how you didn't wanna be daddy," The blonde stifles back a giggle as Sadie rolls her eyes. She then bursts out laughing and Sadie lightly punches her in the good arm, "Hey, cripple here!"
"You're fine," Sadie laughs, "Hey, Jenna, Robin, Natalia, come here."
The kids all look over at Sadie, worried looks in their eyes like they've gotten into trouble.
"You're not in trouble, I'm just asking them about dinner," Sadie assures her new children. Thea and Matteo ease up, while Luca doesn't. He's always tense, always in a state of alertness.
"What's up?" Jenna asks when they join Sadie and Sabrina behind the couch.
"I found a baby on the porch. Someone left him or her or them, Bella has them at Carlo's right now. I'm having security track down my enemies' activity," Sadie informs them.
"You think the baby is being tracked?" Natalia questions.
"No, but the person left a note saying that this is a gift for me. They also left behind a bullet with the baby," Sadie explains.
"Jesus Christ," Jenna sighs. Sabrina nods.
"What are you gonna do with the baby?" Robin asks.
"Dacre can probably take them," Sabrina offers.
"Contact him for me, would you?" Sadie asks, "In the meantime, could you guys stay with these kids? They're staying here with us. Bella and I are adopting them, but I need to figure this baby situation out," The redhead explains.
"Of course," Natalia smiles, "Congratulations on the new family."
Sadie smiles, "Thank you. Alright, I'll be back."
"Go team, break!" Robin exclaims. The other girls laugh as Sadie heads off toward the infirmary.

"Update me," Sadie announces as she walks into the infirmary.
"He's probably four to five months old. No signs of abuse or malnourishment," Carlo explains, "He'll need to be on formula or if you can find someone with breast milk."
"Sabrina's calling Dacre to see if he will take him," Sadie states. Bella doesn't say anything for a moment and the room falls silent.
"Can we talk about him for a second?" Bella asks. She looks over at Carlo and he nods, understanding she wants a private conversation.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing's wrong, it's just... I feel so bad for the baby..." Bella explains. She doesn't know how to tell Sadie directly that she wants to keep him.
Luckily for her, Sadie can read Bella like book, "You think we should keep him?"
"I think we should do whatever you are comfortable with ——"
"That isn't what I asked. Do you want to keep the baby?" Sadie asks with a stern voice. One that tells Bella she means business, but also one that Bella gets turned on by.
"I do."
"Okay, then it's settled, we'll adopt him too," Sadie sighs like she's just put down a down payment on a house without thinking about it.
"Are you sure?"
"Of course, cara mia. I wouldn't have asked if I wasn't open to the idea," She replies. The two share a loving look, grabbing each other's hands across the exam table where the baby boy sits, "Carlo!"
The man walks back into the infirmary, "What have we decided?"
The two look at each other, then at Carlo.

"More?" Felipé asks as he brings out snacks for the kids.
"Yes!" Matteo smiles.
"Yes, what?" Sabrina asks.
"Oh, yes, please!" Matteo corrects himself.
"Good boy," The blonde smiles. Gianna watches as her girlfriend interacts with the young boy, starting to imagine a life like this with Sabrina.
Sadie and Bella come out of the infirmary with Sadie carrying the baby.
"Guys, there's someone we want you to meet," Bella announces. The three children get up from the couch to meet their moms halfway. Sadie kneels down so Matteo can see.
"This is your new brother, Giovanni," Sadie introduces them to the sleeping boy.
"Another boy, really?" Thea replies, pretending to be annoyed.
"I know, my love," Bella pulls her in for a side hug.
"Hi, brother," Matteo says quietly, as to not wake the baby.
"Are we going to have more brothers and sisters?" Luca asks.
"No, no we are not," Sadie answers. She turns to Bella, "I'm capping off here, cara mia."
"That's okay," She chuckles, "Me too. Four is enough for our little family."
