Andrea is sent back to Woodbury.
Rick gives her a car and a gun.
The next morning, Rick asks Y/N to come with him and Carl on a run.
They take a car and head towards King County. The place where Rick and Carl lived before. Their goal is to get the guns from his old Sheriffs office.
On the way there, a man wearing a bright orange backpack who was walking beside the road, calls for them.
"Hey! Hey!! Slow down! I'm begging you!"
Rick drives past him, without even slowing down.
Eventually they pull up to an abandoned car accident. Rick drives off to the side, to get around it, when they get stuck in mud.
Suddenly there's a banging on the window. Walkers now surround the car.
Rick sighs. "Cover your ears." He tells them.
They do, as he slightly rolls down the drivers side window, shooting a walker in the head at close range.
He shoots another one before getting out of the car. Y/N follows, using her sword to take down the remaining ones.
After they're all dead, the three now stand outside the car.
"Yeah, this'll work." Rick says grabbing an old piece of clothing from the nearby wreckage.
Y/N nods, getting in the drivers seat. Rick shoves the fabric under the tire with a few sticks.
"Hey!" A voice shouts.
Y/N looks out the rear view window to find the man with the orange backpack again. He's running down the street yelling for them to help him.
Rick and Carl stand, looking at him stoically. Rick taps the hood of the car twice. Y/N pulls the car forward, getting it out of the mud, successfully.
The two get in the car and they drive off, leaving the man once again.

It doesn't take long to get to King County. The three get out of the car now parked in front of the old police station.
Rick walks in first, followed by Carl and Y/N.
He makes it to the gun locker and sighs when he sees it completely empty. He kicks the wall as he curses. "Damn it!"
Y/N sets a hand on his shoulder silently.
He sinks into her touch for a moment before speaking. "There's other places in town to check. May not have as many guns as were in here, but-"
Carl sighs softly. "We need as many guns as were in here."
"Ammo too." Y/N says.
Rick nods. "I know. There's a few places out on Main street. Bars, a liquor store. Owners had a gun or two behind the counter that people didn't know about. I did, I signed the permits. They might still be there."
Y/N bends down and picks up a single bullet. She hands it over to Rick who slides it into his shirt pocket.
They leave the station and walk down the empty streets. They pass graffiti on a brick wall, and piles of burnt walker corpses.
They get closer to Main street and Y/N grabs the handle of her sword. They approach hesitantly, as there's a barricade of spikes and various weapons, blocking their entry.
They go around the traps slowly, reading the additional graffiti and signs.
"Looks like someone made this theirs." Y/N points out.
"Doesn't mean they found what we're looking for." Rick replies. "Couple of the places are just up ahead. Let's get in, and get the hell out of here."
"There." He points after a moment. "Tyrells. A shotgun and two handguns. License issued to Tyrell Debbs."
Suddenly a walker is heard snarling behind them. The three stop and turn to watch as she hits a tripwire and gets shot in the head.
They whip around to find a man on the roof of a building holding a sniper rifle. He is wearing a motorcycle helmet. "Hands!" He screams.
Y/N is the first to put her hands up, followed by Rick and Carl.
The man aims his gun at them. "Now you drop what you got and you go. Your guns, your shoes, and that sword. All of it. 10 seconds."
Y/N grinds her teeth at the thought of losing her sword. She glances at Rick who speaks under his breath. "Run for the car now."
The man starts counting down.
"Dad." Carl whispers.
"We need that rifle." Y/N whispers to him.
She glances up at the man still on the roof, now
on number eight. "I think I can get up there."Rick pauses for a moment before muttering. "Carl, go." He aims his gun at the man and shoots as Carl ducks.
The man fires back and Y/N makes her move, crouching behind cars as she makes her way to the building he's on.
She climbs a fire escape ladder swiftly, getting up to where he was, only to find it abandoned.
She looks down to find Rick hiding behind a car, gun aimed at the roof. She shrugs in confusion, not knowing where he could've gone.
Suddenly gunshots ring out and she looks down to find the man now on the street with the Grimes.
She quickly makes her way back down, just in time to see Carl shoot the man in the chest.
Rick stands up from behind an oil barrel. He glances at Carl. "You okay?"
"Yeah."
"I told you to run for the car. I didn't want you to have to do that."
"I had to." Carl says.
Rick bends down to the mystery man and hits his chest twice, which makes a thudding noise. "He's wearing body armor."
He opens the flannel to reveal a bulletproof vest with a single bullet lodged in the corner, courtesy of Carl.
Rick pulls back the vest to show a bruise forming on his skin where the impact hit. "He's alive."
"Do we care?" Y/N asks, glancing around the empty roads.
Rick removes the motorcycle helmet from the unconscious man and his eyes widen. "Yeah."
